Great work on this, I really appreciate seeing an RTS attempted for a game jam. As others have mentioned, something is wrong with the text on screen for the web version. I think some sound design could really push this to the next level. Otherwise, I think you had a fun concept and good execution for the time. Nice work.
Nice game, there is some interesting mechanics. I wish you had more time to develop, it's a genre we don't see very often. I think there is some issues with how the project adapt to different screen sizes, some part can be cut out.Anyway, well done, I had fun exploring the map :)
Nice artwork and interesting idea. I missed some sfx or ambiant sounds but good job :)
Thank you. Had the idea for some ambient sounds in the background, some chitters for the squirrels, and maybe some growls for the bears, but time got away from me.
Hey, congratulation on finish a game jam game!
The RTS controls work great. Sadly some of the text and probably also from the game world are cutted off for me in the web build. Probably some project settings issue.
Is there a way to move the rocks? Or would I need to find a special ant first?
You need to gather enough acorns to get a demo squirrel to spawn. You can then use them to clear out the rocks when in range.
Ah great, I will try it again later. Probably I have overlooked some acorns, or they were outside the screen.
