Had a bit of performance issue especially when the puzzles loads (the wall with the interiors rising up) which I think you can look into that. Prob you can implement occlusion culling so the camera doesnt need to render everything at once. Overall, nice work!

Thank you for playing and for providing suggestions! It's greatly appreciated!

it brings me vibes like blue prince (purple prince in this case xD), I like how you play with the camera, like you look down to the letter, and then when you look up the environment changed. Sweet.

If you accept suggestions, the puzzles may be a little easy to solve tho!
the chromatic choice is very nice!

Developer

We absolutely accept suggestions! And I agree, a larger release would need more sophisticated puzzles. Thank you for the feedback!

Dawn is also the name of our dishwashing liquid. What a coincidence.

Jokes aside, the art is magnific. 🤌

The puzzles are easy to understand. The story... I still do not know what it is about. But it seems mysterious and sad. Like a separation, break up, or someone important passed away and the puzzles are past memories. The music fits nicely to this type of narrative. Nice work.

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts.

The story is about the difficulty of changing when aspects of your life are resisting that same change. My hope is that the specifics will be filled in by the player based on their own experiences.

The rocket flying away like that was 10/10

Developer

Thank you! That sequence was a lot of fun to make

It lags a bit for me at times. Overall a pretty cool and trippy game. I like the art style.

I really liked the art direction and the atmosphere in general. I didn't understand if the mini games had a connection to the story, but maybe this helped to enhance the sense of mystery.
Nice work!

Developer(+1)

Thank you!

I think you are correct in that they are there to contribute to the mystery of the game. However, narratively, they are connected - just intentionally ambiguous.

The browser seems to struggle with the game, but I could still play it and enjoyed it! Maybe the shaders were too much for the html export

Developer

Thanks for playing!

I'll be adding downloadable builds post jam.

I'm also investigating browser optimizations for future builds. Lighting and shadows seem to be one of the biggest culprits. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I liked the graphics and the atmosphere, unfortunatly the game lags too much in the browser for me to play, it wold be great to have a downloadable version

Developer

Good news: There are windows/linux/mac builds.
Bad news: I haven't uploaded them yet. Not sure if I'll need to wait until after the jam.

Regardless, thanks for the feedback!

my pc got crashed first  loading the game but it loads finally the graphic is cool and the game is  so creative good work friend

Developer

Thank you for playing!
I'll have to dig into the loading issues. We did test on several different machines and didn't see it ourselves, but it does seem to be a consistent issue.
