A pretty solid experience with some really good game design bits.
It's simple but efficient
Though, for non-WASD player such as myself (i'm on an AZERTY keyboard). Putting dash on F was a little annoying to deal with.

Very fun gameplay, good game design. Got stuck on 1-2 because dash was not working, but enjoyed what I was able to play.
Good work on this one! The mechanics are pretty fun, and the one-bit pixel art style compliments the gameplay really nicely. Controls felt solid overall, though admittedly I wish the critter's walking speed was a bit faster.
Nicely done!
Cute art, like the idea of collecting critters to stack upgrades. The controls did feel a bit rigid, deaths felt like unfair mario lol. And only being able to dash while standing still is weird. Other than that, good submission.
not my favourite keybinds xD but nice game, movement felt good, which is important for a platformer
Neat little game. The movement feels a little clunky, like how you can only dash when standing still, and how the dash cancels itself immediately if you try to move. I think my biggest problem was that failing a jump sent you back to the start, it feels really bad to be at the end of a level and you have to dash, but you stood a little far from the ledge and fell off and now have to redo the entire level, dying from enemies would be fair to restart though. The game was still fun though, good job!
I played all 3 levels. Worth it for the critter conga.
The movement feels a bit jittery, and i feel like i sometimes got weirdly stuck after dashes, but i enjoyed myself.
Hey! Interesting and fun game :)
Liked the overall palette and art style. The movement could be a little more snappier (e.g. maybe removing the need to dash only while still), but overall it's nice!
Congrats on the game!
