How do I get ending 2?
Hey!
You need to power the heart by getting the live wire close to it, and then bridge the gap with the screwdriver.
Then you need to grab the speaker and place it near the heart and the box that has the demon inside.
When he pops out his head, hit him with the hammer. Then, place it near the button behind the glass, until he randomly walks into it. Afterwards, place him into the CPU.
Finally, after feeding all the screws to the centipede, grab his tail and place it into the fan of the GPU.
That gives me ending 1, though, not ending 2.
my bad! You need to feed all the screws to the centipede, and then feed it its own tail
Did the two endings !
Very clever puzzle game, I really enjoyed playing ! The art is really good looking, I loved it !
For a short game like this, it felt ok to have no hint, but maybe it would be better to include some for people who got stucked.
Also, I don't know how I did it, but on my first try the centipede got out after I removed only the first screw, and it ate my screwdriver so I was stuck because I still had three normal screws to remove.
That being said, it clearly is one of the best entries I played this far, a unique and very well designed game, congratulations !
Thanks for the comment!
There's a bug where the centipede can eat the screwdriver before the computer cover is lowered, which soft locks the game.
We'll update it once the jam finishes!
Really like the idea, it was very pleasent to move objects.
Cool idea. It took me a while to get use to it.
The game not telling you anything was a really good choice in my opinion as it made everything more satisfying when a combination worked. So yeah letting the player experiment was a really good choice. Not everything is obvious and some combination may be a bit "obscure" but I enjoyed it a lot. Puzzles, graphics, animations and sound were all spot on, great job! Also, nice that you added 2 possible endings, got both of them
Cool game idea, it took me a while to get both endings, but a great game!
I finished the 2 endings. Nice game
This was a nice challenge. The animations were really cool and the ending was great. Very cool concept, with very cool puzzles! Well done dude, be proud :)
Really cool concept, with a lot of creativity behind it. The art, sounds, and animations all work really well together and give the game a unique and slightly weird charm that makes it stand out. It’s impressive to see such a solid execution in a jam setting.
That said, I think the puzzles could benefit from a bit more clarity or clues on what to do next, since at times the progression felt a little obscure/dark.... Even so, experimenting and fiddling around to figure things out was fun and added to the experience.
Overall, it’s a strong and memorable entry congratulations on putting it together! If you’d like, you can also check out our game, it would mean a lot to us.
This was hard but I love a good challenge!
Really cool concept, love the animations and the weirdness of it all. I got ending 2 first time round, then had to look at the comments for how to get the other ending, and the red guy walked off screen at some point so I couldn't finish it ;_;. I think more clues about what to do would be good, as the puzzles are a little bit obscure, but it is fun to try and fiddle with things. Nice work!
I'm a fan! Love the art and the weirdness of it all. I got the 2/2 ending, I might come back to it to get a different ending.
Very creative!
Very cool! Honestly I had to read some of the comments to find what to do in some parts. But really cool game. Good job!
Its really fun and interesting. The sounds, art and animations were good too, especially when it came to the bug and heart.
Could you spoil ending 1 for me I have no clue what to do XD. The concept is cool. Really fun to experiment with different things so see if it works or not.
Start the heart by using the screwdriver as an electric conductor with the live wire.
Get the tape recorder near the gremlin box so that he pops out. Hit him with the hammer.
Grab him and put him close to the button behind the glass, until he walks into it and presses it.
Then put him in the CPU.
Feed all the screws to the centipede, so that he's long enough to drag him into the GPU fan.
Wow, this is such a cool concept and a good execution for a 10 days jam! The only thing that lacks, for me, is a way to indicate what needs to be done, i spent 30 minutes on it but got the ending. Nice entry
Thanks! We struggle a lot with the game design aspect, and were left with no time to play test it and make the progression more clear.
Lmao take a while to understand but it was fun. It's little hard to understand what you are supposed to do after removing the case at first I thought I needed to use screws to provide electricity to heart but it was just screwdriver :P. Also it was strange that I wasn't able to break the glass with hammer cuz like common sense duh doy. Concept and art style is cool I like it but still solving the puzzle is lil hard. (I did all the ending btw :P)
I got 2 ending good concept, good design but a little hard to find how to end game. Art style is very good good job!
help the bug ate all my screws. the little guy behind the sound door probably hates me I keep opening him up
