This was a nice simple racing game, though I got blown up most of the time, is there any way to avoid being hit by the rockets?

P.S please try my game

Amazing game

I can't believe this was done in just 2 days!

One of the most memorable games, very cool and atmospheric!

Great game, my favorite character is jack the C A L C I U M skeleton.

Well, I might not be the best racer, but I enjoyed it a lot!

The art and setting are excellent, and the bikes feel great—speed, inertia, explosions. A few times the physics acted weird and sent me in a random direction, but that’s a minor issue for such a short jam.

Great game!

This was a really cool experience! The only thing that felt missing would be the vehicle sounds! Other than that, absolutely amazing work! The last level too was very beautiful, really encourages me to create my own racing game!

Very cool! Enemy racer AI was quite intelligent, their use of powerups always messed me up when I was doing well.

I did notice some small annoyances, on the figure of 8 jump map you could get blown up just as you were about to jump, fall back down and lose a ton of places. On the toxic sludge map you could fall into the goo and die and respawn multiple times in it before ending up back on the track. One note, while the graphics style was amazing, the intensity of the scan lines on a large (34 inch) 1080p screen (not great DPI I know) made me quite motion sick so I was happy the game ended when it did. Would love to play more without that effect on (with a toggle). All in all great game and the musician is awesome!

Thank you! I wanted to make this effect toggleable, but I didn't have enough time to implement that feature.

Fun game! Impressed by all you got done. Was it challenging to do the enemy racer AI? I would think that would be difficult to get right. Good job

Man, do I love the PS1 style, the CRT screen filter, it's just feels so close to me. The level design is awesome, although I found some unintentional shortcuts). Also another respect for the music. DAMN, IT HITS SO HARD! So love your game <3

This is a great entry! genuinely passable as an old game (Soundtrack, Audio Effects, Art Style, Level Design - the whole lot)

I very much enjoyed playing through this game, it gave me some old Mashed vibes.

Controls are nice, I like the smooth character lean. The old CRT effect is nice too - Looks like a pixel grid, or a combination of static vertical and horizontal scan lines mixed with low resolution (non-native) scaling? It looks sweeet

I’m a fan of the end scene (paradise meadow) - that’s a very nice way of adding credits.

Kudos to you 😅

I am ENJOYING this game i love it also can you tell me how did you do the crt tv screen affect as webgl dosnt support on screen shaders or something

Developer(+1)

Thank you! The shader material is applied using the Graphics.Blit() in the OnRenderImage() method, which works in a script attached to the camera.
