I really like the direction you took for the theme! I highly considered using Mystical Ninja: Starring Goemon soundtracks as inspiration for my theme since this type of festival sound is so fun and infectious. I am really happy to hear this type of sound representing team Bird! Nice work and thanks for sharing!
Really cool! Minor thing, I think there are too much instruments on the high notes, so sometimes they get lost. Other than that I love how action packed this song feels.

This feels so freaking fun! I imagine it as a track right in the morning or after a more quiet lunch break, and then there would be this song playing as a sign of: "its time to wake up and party some moooreee!!!"

It has a 16-bit SNES feel that I really like, and your music is very catchy.
However, you're a little ahead of the jam concept, because it sounds like battle music to me (especially with the orchestra hits) :)
I imagine a battle during the festival (in Chrono Trigger mode).
But don't worry, it still works for a city where a festival is taking place (but a very lively festival!)
