You so nailed the boing sound, and the way the cat bounces! I've played far too many games that didn't live up to the charm you managed here. It maybe isn't innovative enough though, but I'm always amazed at what a solo dev can make in a week. Good work and good luck in the jam

Developer

thank you so much for the kind words! It means alot for the support on my work.

The game and art are very nice but I think the game has only one problem, I don't have to think much while solving the puzzles, the game shows me how to solve them

Developer

Thanks alot for the comment and nice words about the art. I do agree the game is way too easy right now, but I hope to in the future add different mechanics and harder levels to increase the difficulty and also the enjoyment when playing the game!

Nice game, I like the physics, kinda reminds me of "Cut the rope"

Developer

Thanks. I was going for a cozy, fun vibe

Really cute art style, I couldnt figure out what the multipliers on the bottom did but thoroughly enjoyed the game

Developer (2 edits)

Thanks for the comment. The multipliers  add to the score  by multiplying how many cookies you ate on that drop.

By the way, this reminded me of one game from my childhood, which had similar gameplay, but the cat grew bigger when eating food, I think now I have to find it and replay it

very funny and cozy game, I got softlock when the cat got stuck, still I enjoy pretty much your game

Developer

you should be able to reset the level with the button at the top of the screen

Had some UI scaling issues so I couldnt see parts of the levels, but it is still a fun and chill game. It does have something nostalgic about it! Id love to see more physics (especially more jiggly cat) going on and it being a littttle bit faster. Looks fantastic though i dig the style.

Developer

thanks for the feedback!

Really cute and chill game! I was really into it and waiting for more levels (and also a bit of physics to be able to launch the cat a bit more!). The jiggle physics are so well done and satisfying :D

Developer

thanks alot. I definitely want to add jump pads and trap doors in the future, so stay tuned for further updates

Nice game, the graphics look good and the squishiness of the cat is so nice and satisfying. It would be nice to see more added to this game to allow for different strategies, as for now there's one solution. It would also be cool if the score depends on how well you perform on the level. Overall it was very nicely done!

Developer

thanks alot for the feedback!

I love the color palette and the grafics, very nice work there. the mechanics feel nice and I love that the cat wobbles :D I think a happier music would have been more fitting for this kind of game but the sound effect is very funny when the cat bumps into a wall! :D

Very solid and fun puzzle game - could be a mobile game :3 Maybe a shop with upgrades could be cool.

gratz on submitting, very nice puzzle game!

Thanks so much for the kind words and helpful feedback! I would love to continue development on this game and eventually bring it to mobile.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! Sadly I don't feel it fits the theme super well, but I think it's definitely my favourite game I've played so far on this jam. I love the idea of a puzzler where there is still skill required in completing the levels, even if you know in theory what to do. Also I genuinely smiled several times at just watching the squishy cat bounce. Such a fun, creative and overall great game. I'm glad to see that you're going to continue past the jam

Developer(+1)

Glad to hear that you enjoyed the game! Sorry that it doesn't fit the theme too much, I probably got carried away with the idea of "biscuits" rather than "risk". Hope that you'll check back in later for further updates. Thanks!

I definitely will
