Some more rooms wouldve been nice but yea overall a very unique and fun experience (also i noticed the laptop room with a box of tissues and a bin to side .. hmmm sus lol)

Fun little game, I see the inspiration from Blue Prince :)

It would be better with a bit more interaction and variety in each chamber as I got a lot of repeats and not too much to interact with once I got into the rooms. Also need a little more indication as to what's required for each room.

Submitted

Could really explain better the gameplay, and add more challenges to the room as i found my self just clicking over and over to get to the next chambers, in the next iteration i just did one chamber to get more money and kept getting the cookies, and after that the loop became uninteresting. Good work regardless!

Nice idea! I think the safe room challenge was the most interesting - maybe it could deplete the money every frame, to make it more difficult to guess the right time.

Fun game with so much to do in it! I think that it would be nice for a little tutorial at the start but other than that really awesome work!

Funny game with hilarious room variety. I spent a lot of time gambling. I also spent a lot of time with the mouse inverted and hoped it would be over after the mouse room... it wasn't. Made my gambling experience worse. Good job on the solo submission!

Submitted

Such a creative idea, great job on this. Very addictive as well. Well done!

I would love it, if you wanted to give my game a try also :D

Submitted

Cool idea! I found the mouse sensitivity to be difficult to navigate from the outset, so once the controls were reversed my life became TOUGH.

Submitted

It honestly does play like a "Blue Prince" POC or ideation exploration. Good work to get this wrapped and build for the game jam!  I really liked the shenanigans that each room could bring. Kudos and keep developing games.

Submitted

Loved that I could change the sensitivity! It was way too high in the beginning for me.
Got some blue prince vibes with the randomness when opening doors, and general art style and how you pick items up, which is a good thing haha. I did start skipping the gambling parts though, my luck isn't that great in those types of things.
All in all, good submission!

Fun game, becomes a little repetitive but not that big of an issue, great work for your first solo jam!

Submitted

what a funky little game ahaha

I do love gambling so this one was hard to stop clicking roulette on

Submitted

this was really nice for a week of development! I like the room events and I enjoyed the gambling :) I would play for longer if there were more rooms to get

Hi! 👋

We played this game and we think it’s really amazing! Great work on the story, graphics, and everything 👍🎮

If you have a moment, it would be awesome if you could also check out our game and leave a rating, not just a comment. It would mean a lot and help us keep improving it! 🙏

Thanks so much to everyone reading this! 😄

Love the innovation on this one. A lot of ideas in such a short amount of time. Great job!

This was great fun, although it was easy to learn how to evade all the debuffs, would definitely want to see this built upon after the jam, with loads more rooms, you could do some crazy stuff. Anyway great work man keep it up, also thanks for joining the stream earlier.

if you want to watch my reaction back you can find it here :D

Wow, even youtube video, won't have much time after GameJam, so maybe only I will add content later :( Thx for the stream

Submitted

Yeah whenever lol, would love to see more things go up. And stream was a blast!

Submitted

Fun concept!! although, i ran into an issue where reversing debuffs wasnt removing inverted mouse :)

Developer

Did you try clicking the bed?

Submitted

Did it stay inverted after you left the reversing debuffs room? or did you click the bed? i didnt have any problems so wondered if its recently buggy lol

Submitted(+1)

I love gambling, so I love this game too

Submitted

Good game! My only suggestion would be to have a setting where you can change your mouse sensitivity because its a bit high.

Developer

There actually is! Just press Escape and adjust

Submitted

Great concept, I was a bit confused at the beginning, but quite fun once I got the hang of it. And omg inverse mouse has probably traumatised me for life
