Nice concept. I liked it !

I really like the concept of playing as a skeleton collecting cookies and completing little quests. It fits the theme in a fun way. The quest system gives some direction, which I enjoyed, but there were moments where I felt like I was just waiting around for the next task to finish. That downtime, combined with the looping music, made the pacing feel a bit slow after a while.

That said, the core idea and progression are solid, and it’s impressive this was done solo in just a week. With some tweaks like giving the player more to do between quests and smoothing out the combat pacing, I think it could become really engaging. Nice work!

I'm so glad you liked my game. You're right about the music. I could have created a playlist by finding a few songs and arranging them. I didn't have enough time, or there would have been a power balance between the skeletons. There would have been more skeleton types and more missions.

It's a nice game but once you have beaten all the enemies and you wait for the other quests to complete the music gets king of repetitive and annoying.

But I liked the idea nevertheless. Good job.

I enjoyed this! I really like the generator game mechanic. I think at the beginning I wasted a lot of time not really knowing what to do and just letting the generators run, but once I got my bearings I found the quest system really helpful for exploring the small area. Nice for a week of work!

I'm so glad you liked my game. We were originally going to use the joystick, but we were short on time. We had more skeleton characters, so I didn't have time to add them. I have so much more I want to add to my game :)

I felt that I have to wait before attacking and there's no much to do meanwhile. I think that it would be the first thing that I would be looking for an update.

Developer

Actually, we are attacking too, but we need to get close enough.

I like this game a lot, and it has potential, incredible work for one week. The progression mechanics are really cool

Cute game! Great potential. Could be alot more fun. Make enemies not so tough initiallly. I like the graphics and animation. Good audio.

You're right. I was actually going to add more skeleton enemies. I had some ready-made, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time. Thanks for the tip.
