How does the game fit the theme?
The game adapts its mechanics by adding the risk of a broken weapon and the danger of overheating. You must decide when it’s best to shoot, reload, or repair your weapon

The game kinda reminds me of TBOI in a way. I like the concept, but the game is pretty short. A little more time in the oven could go a long way!
I like the music, has a funky feel to it that suits the western theme. It took me a little bit to figure out I needed to walk through the door to start the first level. Also managed to die on the menu system by using up all the bullets? I think that's why I died. Anyways, fun game! Was a little tricky to reload while dodging enemy bullets but it was fun! I like the wanted posted cover art.
Very cool game! The setting is not my type, but i still had a lot of fun.
Nice game with an interesting mechanic. This is my first game jam. It would be cool if you rated and commented. :D /jam/brackeys-14/rate/3851809
Nice game with interesting mechanics, I do like how carefully you need to watch your ammo. I found oftentimes my bullets wouldn't go where I aimed (as in a few pixels higher or lower) and getting hit could do with a bit of visual indication. Other than that great job!
Love a good western gunslinging adventure
Yes sir
Fun! Small suggestion, maybe have reload on another button like the spacebar or use directional keys for movement, because having to reloading by pressing R and also having to use the same fingers for WASD to move is a little tricky!
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Haha yeah, I think you’re right 😅
I was confused at first cuz I had bullets left but I can't shoot but then I navigate back to here I only found out that there is a risk that the weapon will broke down. The enemies bullet is not obvious tho as the background color is a dark color and so is the enemy bullet. Somehow I just lose the game while I was shooting in the lobby with no monster. I felt very confused.
Thanks a lot for playing! 🙌 It’s my first jam, so your feedback really helps me improve.
