Cool game! The opening cutscene was great, and so was most of the rest of the game.
Just a few problems: 1. The rope mechanics were hard for me to grasp (why does it sometimes just seem to act as a boost and other times it actually clamps on?) and retracting the rope felt way too slow in the final chase scene. 2. As a lot of comments have stated, the ending chase sequence is way, way too long and really hard to get through at some points, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but having to navigate that maze of spikes multiple times was awful. 3. Minor one, but there's some sort of movement bug on the moving platforms. They don't seem to allow you to change direction unless you jump for some reason.
Overall though, this was a really cool idea and with a bit more time could really be something special.
I really like the physics of flying on a rope. I've always loved this kind of mechanics in games
Awesome game!! the controls feel amazing! Great sound effect, asthetics and overall gameplay!
The overall aesthetic of the game was so cute! The controls were solid and that area in the beginning let me experiment a bit with the timing and do some Spider-Man tricks which I always appreciate. The whole things looks great and I'm really impressed, great job guys!
Great work! The music was mixed so low compared to the menu music which is super loud I didn’t realize the game even had music until seeing someone credited on your page. I loved the fluidity and feeling of momentum at the start, truly fantastic! I think the spiky section at the end was very slow and tedious and lasted longer than it should have, though I get the idea as a final challenge sort of thing. I love the art and the weird little guy, definitely was drawn in by the capsule art and was not disappointed at all! Super nice job! :)
Great main mechanic! Simple but well-executed platformer :)
This is the most content-packed game I’ve played through. The art style is super cute, and the scene design is top-notch. I can’t believe this was made in just a week. The controls feel excellent—simple to pick up but with very high playability. I truly love this game and hope to see a more complete version in the future
Overall: it’s a pretty solid platformer with grappling hook mechanics. The visual style and audio design are pretty good, although the final escape sequence is (IMO) unnecessarily difficult.

Lovely art with very fluid gameplay!
Really awesome art and I loved the grapple mechanic!
Great work! Absolutely love the artstyle. It turned out really well :D One thing that I found missing was some sort of direction aid like a map or something more ingrained in the levels, but because rooms are often so large with multiple routes it felt like I'm missing out on something if I just go a certain way. This made me (which might be of interest to the game/level designers) alter my playstyle, switching from calculated jumps and grapples to just spamming it in a direction hoping I run into a wall or ground and not something that would kill me (which in turn made the game feel unpredictable and in-turn frustrating in a way after a certain amount of time?)
That being said, again I enjoyed it overall, and amazing job with the art :D
I love the visuals of this game! It looks really polished and nice. It's also not as easy as I thought and I like that, it's a simple but well explored mechanic. Well done!
I got addicted to playing this. the part where the devil shows up and you have to run is way too difficult for me. i really do love the grapple mechanic and that you can use it to attack enemies. wonderful idea. Really awesome job. Very well done mechanics.
Love the art and the gameplay is great fun, fluid movement and momentum I like the final level where you basically fly up that spiky hell cavern. I didnt like the fact that there is so check poitn after finding the cookie dying once in that lava made me way more careful xD
Wow, I like this, it's a very cute game with an adorably designed character and visuals :)
I leave detailed feedback on each game I play to try and help as much as possible, so here's mine:
Some things I think can be improved:
Nonetheless, I really liked the grappling mechanic - my favourite moment was using it to swing across vast distances quickly which was really fun! Audio and visuals definitely are one of the most polished ones I've seen so far personally.
Thanks for trying our game, and thanks for the super thorough feedback. Really appreciated!!
Regarding the "blue round alien", he's a EyeSpike, one of the creatures that inhabits the upper layers of our Hell. He's invulnerable when he's right-side-up, but you're able to rip them out of the platform like a sea urchin if you hook onto them while they're upside-down.
Ah yes I wrote that in sequential order as I played so at first I didn't realise he was the first enemy as he didn't do damage and later discovered he appears in the later stages in huge quantities and will be responsible for my many deaths XD
Doesn’t do damage…? I guess you found a bug, not an alien 😅 Could you share where you encountered him so we can address it post-jam?
I think he didn't do damage because I already killed him before he was perhaps able to detect me? So maybe that's why it didn't do anything, I'm not quite sure but it was why I thought he was one of those environment pet thingies haha. Regardless, every one else I encountered after that moment did do damage so maybe I wouldn't fret it. But just to answer you, it was the very first one I encountered in the blue area, on a lone platform on my way to the top right of the screen.
Ahhh, gotcha now. To answer your question: They just wander around peacefully. They have hard shells so they don't care about anyone or anything that's in their way, but they don't target. Good to know the enemies are still working!
I enjoyed this game a lot, and really liked the art style.
this game is very GOAT. All in this game on the peak level.
Yo, as a fan of the gores mode in Teeworlds, this game really inspires me! I noticed that you can take different paths, and if you’re lucky, you might stumble upon a health-up. There are also some cool easter eggs. The enemies are tough. Great work!
Great game, shout out to the art work
The grappling movement is super fun. Sometimes the player seemed a bit sticky but aside from that this is really solid.
