Maybe another newbies or pros have idea and need a team to working together? I want to make it to my first jam, but since I'm new to this field, I need collaborators, anything, programmer, artist... or no idea at all, we can figure it out together. Thanks.

I got a full game idea inspired by the 1980s version of the thing and oneshot/riddle school

I would prefer to make my games in game maker... but i have been searching for months to find a programmer

.. if you want to join reply here ill send you my email if you reply to that ill send you everything i got

But I'm a Godot Programmer and specifically in 2D, I never use GameMaker, if you dont mind with that, I'd be thrilled to join you

Welcome to the team

again, I'm not using GameMaker, currently I'm learning on Godot Engine, it will cost me so much time to learn new engine again, when I'm not even quarter way done on advance level in Godot. So if you want me to work with Godot, I'm down.

Im willing to switch engines i mean i barely know how to make a space shooter in game maker

Just know that im probably not going to be much of a help with programming

Yeah switching to Godot may be useful since more people know it then gamemaker

Hello! If you're still scouting for members for your team, I'm looking for experience in game development; I have basic programming knowledge and can draw, as well as provide thoughts on idea, but I'd be willing to help out in any way to my abilities. (also am a huge oneshot fan...) Thank you for the opportunity!

I am looking for another pixel artist but honestly the oneshot dna in this game is more just the style of puzzle game we are talking about

saying oneshot without the 4th wall breaking is how its going to play you get items you combine them to get past obstacles and thats it

also i am aiming for a earthbound/ general snes art style which oneshot does fall in to

if you still want to join my email is still acidic.pancakes@outlook.com

thanks for your time

Hello, I'm Suzo. I usually make casual 2D games as a hobby. I don't have a lot of experience with big projects, but I've made one or two games for jams. Since I'm a coding student, I can help with things like optimization. I know GDS, but I can adapt to C# easily. My only problem is that my English isn't great. I'm fine with chatting, but I might struggle in a live meeting

I'm a coding student from Cuba, now living in Spain. I have a high level of C++, Python, and Java, but I haven't used them at 100% to create a full video game. I can help with coding, planning, and brainstorming ideas. I'd be very happy to help you with your project. Thanks for reading

(+1)

Im guessing since i am the one with the project you are talking to me?

I definitely need as much help as possible for making my game id be happy to have you join

I havent really thought ahead to talking with people in person but most options i can think of would still offer text as an alternative

side note i did take Espanol in high school ... i did not do well and probably only know 2 dozen words in spanish so i get it i doubt i would be able to do more then order food in a spanish speaking country

And of course my email and primary contact method is Acidic.Pancakes@outlook.com

I sent you an email with all my questions about the project. Please don't forget to read it.
