How does the game fit the theme?
This game uses classic RPG elements of enchanting weapons to a higher grade. As you get closer to the maximum level, the chances of breaking an item increases, and players must start over with a new weapon. There are various stones you can use to increase your chances at success or outright protect your equipment from being destroyed.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Each asset was created from scratch.

I like the idea, but it needs a lot of polish and tweaking (which is understandable, it is a game jam after all). Things like clarification of what the different slots do, more information about the different slots and an in-game tutorial. I did like the art that was in place!

Encountered the soft lock so thanks for the info on using easy mode! For anyone else reading here, press ESC and enable it.

Nice art and extra touches (button wobble and sound effects for example). The intro was a great laugh!

Oh, I was waiting for someone who takes this concept from MMOs and makes a full game loop out of it. Love it!

And of course, best intro ever!

I really love the sprites and how smooth the game feels! I didn’t quite figure out how to generate enough money to buy the more expensive swords, and I ended up going bankrupt a few times, haha. But I really enjoyed the game concept! It shows a lot of potential, and I would have loved to see it finished as originally intended. Great job overall!
