How does the game fit the theme?
Narrative: Stickman takes risks to collect biscuits for his cookie jar
Gameplay: Risk/reward of going for extra cookies but could risk losing more. Going faster also risks dropping cookies out of your jar!
Literally: contains biscuits
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All code is made from scratch, I did cheekily use Kenneys scribble art as a base for my own art. I scribbled over his stuff to make mine so they deserve credit
Sound: I did use 3 audio files from the internet! Freesound CC0

What hilariously frustrating game haha! Gives me flashbacks to QWOP. :) The physics seem well balanced as it gives the player enough challenge navigating through the level. I couldn't help but laugh in defeat when I had my character stumbled down part of the level I worked so hard to climb up on haha :)
Quick feedback:
Overall, solid game to put together in one week! You did a great job!
Nice great game! A lot fun and also physics movement is great! A little hard to control (I almost forgot how I walk in real life LOL)
Such great work. The game felt really fresh compared to other submissions. I had so much fun playing it. the controls were challenging but it came across and a drunk walking simulation. Also the sketch style art along with the stick person character matched so well
I wasn't initially thinking the character was drunk, but I wish i did and leaned more into that! Thanks for playing!
Nice work! Really interesting movement that felt good to improve at. I spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to walk out of a little ditch haha.
Thanks! Yeah I think once the movement clicks for you it feels much better. But if it doesn’t click it can feel really frustrating.
Thanks for playing, I hope you eventually escaped the ditch :)
I had fun with this game, felt like a drunk Michael Jackson :D At one point my foot got stuck in the wall, and that was all over for me...
Thanks for playing! I have tried my best to fix some of the weird physics that goes on but it seems the problems never end!
Had so much laughs with the how well visual and control fits together. Extremely challenging as well. Great Game!
Thanks for playing, glad I made somebody laugh!
Really clever use of the QWOP mechanic! I actually think the controls are quite intuitive (yet still challenging to get a handle on). Nice work :)
Thanks for playing and your comment! I was never good at QWOP so I really wanted to make my own version thats more intuitive and i can actually be good at
its like QWOP on steroids super fun with amazing controls i had so much fun great game i did get stuck at one spot and had to stop this is the spot
but other then that this is a great game keep up the good work 😃👍
That spot really required some refined skill, my GF also got stuck there, ive just made that section a little bit easier! Thanks for playing, im glad you enjoyed it!
ok that's great i just played again this is so fun i could just play for hours well done keep up the good work :)
Thankyou<3
Very fun and challenging! Don't know if its a bug or feature but the right leg seemed less responsive/slower then the other.
Thats definitely not intended! Ill check it out, thanks for playing, and the feedback!
No need to check that out, from playing the other games, I've realized the problem is my arrow keys and not the game. XD
