I beat the game and had a lot of fun with it! One thing I noticed is that the camera could zoom out a bit more — sometimes it’s hard to see where I’m going, which gets a little frustrating. The movement also feels a bit slow, and the character comes across as quite heavy to control. With some tweaks there, the gameplay could feel a lot smoother

The idea of this game was pretty interesting and it was overall quite fun. Here's some ways it could be improved:

1. Visuals: The player character is pixel art, but the rest of the game is not. This looks visually inconsistent, so when you use assets from the internet, make sure that they stylistically fit with each other.

2. It was initially unclear to me that double pressing q and e would flip gravity 180 degrees, so I got stuck on a level for a while. It would be nice if the tutorial explained that.

3. The random holes in the ground that would open up and kill you are annoying and feel unfair. If the intention is not to infuriate the player, then the holes should at least be marked so that you can expect them.

I appreciate you taking part in the game. I've discovered that there is a problem with the images, but I can't understand the other two. The purpose of the E and Q keys is to explore uncharted territory. Additionally, the player is indicated the first level that they must press E and Q for the after-effect to reveal what they did. The purpose of the game is to enrage the player so that he feels a sense of accomplishment after finishing the level.

Nice concept. I hoped we could use the sword to destroy the saws. Nevertheless, well done.

I played, the game is not bad, but it seems strange to me to make the character's speed less when jumping, and also I found a bug in which if we touch walls, the character can not move neither up nor down.

Good luck to you :>

Thank you for your feedback. I’ll definitely keep that in mind and work on improving that part.

Cool main mechanic and level design! So many sneaky spikes and saws, hot damn. There is a lot of potential for expanding on this idea. Reminds me a bit of VVVVVV

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words and feedback.

Thank you, Krishna, for taking the time to review my game. I’d really appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on which areas might be lacking or where the game could be improved. Your feedback will help me understand how to make the experience more engaging.

so i had to re play it so i would give you an honest review
first of all it might be a bug for me but when the player dies and respawn, sometimes it collide with block so the player became unmoveable, and also this is my opinion but the style you go with it doesn't match the character, Yeah i know its a premade asset but you should chose the Player which also match the style or theme of your game, and it also have some bugs with rotating the environment, but it was pretty solid game, i like to see it as an Commercial game(without premade assets)
