How does the game fit the theme?
The game embodies the theme of “Risk it for the biscuit” by letting the player decide when to take a gamble. Throughout the puzzles, players can rely on skill or press a special Luck button for an unnaturally high chance of success. Using luck helps preserve valuable items, but overusing it carries consequences. Therefore, the player must constantly weigh reward versus risk.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Everything was created during the jam. The dialogue and code were developed with help from ChatGPT. All art and sound effects were created from scratch. The background music was downloaded, with proper credit given on the Itch.io page.

This was a neat way to package a test of luck. I was a little confused that I had to press a physical button on the screen for the dialogue section and not a keyboard button or just clicking anywhere on the screen. It was a shame because it's the very first thing the game opens to, but I figured it out quickly and got to the test of luck. I lost 3 of the 4 games. :)
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! Good idea, I would have to remember to make spacebar an option as well. Sorry for the bad luck 😜
What a fun way to test my luck! Loved the style as well, great job!
Thanks so much for the feedback! I'm glad it was fun😀
Game fits the theme nicely, good job. I won all the games in a row, i guess its my lucky day :). Would be nice to make a winning sound not so loud and so high pitch, was a bit too much for my ears. Keep it up.
Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback!
Cool game! The minigames were interesting to see which decision had a higher chance of success.
Thanks for playing! Yep, each minigame has an optimal strategy that gives you the best chance of winning.
When splitting the cards to the left and ride, it took me almost 2 minutes to figure out how to choose a or b. And when the Background switched to the lab the text in the bottom went below the screen so that i could not read it anymore.
Except for these two bugs a pretty solid experience. Great art and sounds.
Keep it up.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback! I will try to fix it.
