Hi, I played the Dungeons and Dragons style minigame and died to a boss called Tasha Slutslayer, but after I was defeated this boss never appeared again.
Good lord, this explains so much. I'm facing Tasha on almost every run - but that's because Roxy's a staple character in my party loadout. I could never figure out what criterion governed her appearance. Thank you for this!
