Holy buckets - this isn't a remake, it's a GAME. Nice job!
this slaps. reminds me of playing games on kong for hours and hours. i will probably come back to this after the jam for funzies
Wowzers, so polished and complex! There is more going on here than I had time to dig into, but it seems like something you could get lost in for hours. I noticed that you can accidentally fire a ball when clicking on the hints menu at the start. Also, I was a little confused by the bubblegum machine, as it seemed like you had to use one pull to get a ball, and then use another to collect it? Or maybe you just use the pull to collect the ball, but you still have to turn the machine again?
Anyway, impressive entry!
Thank you so much for your feedback! Yea unfortunately there is a small bug with the hints, when you start the game for the first time. Because the game automatically untoggles pause when the game scene pops up. That's definitely fixed with the next update! For the gacha machine, you only need one pull to get the ball. But the ball catcher gets cleared if you pull another one. You can see in the top UI when you pull a ball that the ball amount goes up right away. Maybe I should find a way to make that more obvious. Def gives me something to think about!
Felt like a very complete game and cool concept! Inspiring mechanics, definitely writing down some notes!
Holy crow, there is so much here for such a simple concept! I did come across a slightly broken combo of juicing one ball as early as possible then duping the heck out of that ball. Though the shape modifiers do a good job of making that not entirely overpowered, as you will want some balls who focus on each shape. VERY fun and addictive formula here! Found myself playing much longer than expected.
The more I played the more i realized there was to the game, so much content! had me wanting to make all kinds of builds trying to become OP but its balanced super well
super well done! love it :D
This is a really great take on Peggle and I think you could expand this to a full game! I like the expanded mechanics that elevates it above just simply clearing the screen.
I could play this all night. This is really good!
This is absolutely phenomenal work, I can see so much care and attention to every bit of this!
Gameplay is that perfect Keep It Simple and Stupid, but with that extra layer of complexity in the background.
Accessibility is also fantastic on this, with the hints to see at any time, the options and the prediction aim!
Very well done, fantastic work!
Thank you so much for your kind words. They really mean a lot to me! I was worried my game is not accessible enough so it's a big relief for me to hear it's alright.
I know I posted on the main page, but… This game is super neat! I think there’s more to it than I realize, since I’ve never played Peggle, but it’s fun to just click and play too! Kind of reminds me of Pachinko. I’ll have to come back to this one to figure out all the extra goodies. Played on Linux laptop.
Thank you for reviewing my game Ceafin again! Really appreciate your kind words! It is good to know my game runs well on linux too. My personal lil trick to come far is that I try to rise that pickup spawnrate early so I get more stuff laying around (like pulls and dmg ups).
Had a lot of fun with this! I love Peggle and I love roguelikes and I also love gacha so.... this game really felt like it was designed in a lab specifically for me! I can see myself revisiting this a lot in the future. Great job!!
Hell yea! I am a big roguelikes lover too! Really happy you were not disappointed with my game then. Thank you for your kind words <3
That was great fun, good balance of difficulty, hard enough to keep you nervous that you might lose, but easy enough that I got through a lot of levels. Chill music and graphics complemented the feel.
Thank you for playing my game! Happy you enjoyed it and had a good time! <3
I made it to level 20 :) It was really awesome and I was hooked to the roguelike mechanics, the game has a lot of depth and complexity/strategy to it.

As a small note in the beginning when you click on a button in the tutorial it launches a ball in the background, otherwise I encountered 0 issues.
One thing that would be fun is some boss levels where the mechanics are pushed a bit more with maybe having to aim at moving things or additional mechanics or smthn.
Overall It's very well refined and complete with a menu and tutorial, UI and everything so congrats it's impressive !
Level 20 is great! I think the highest I reached was level 32 and I had a bit of training xD. Good point with the tutorial hint box, someone else also noticed the pausing doesn't work correctly. I will definitely look into it.
Originally I wanted to add like shape specific bosses every 10 levels that you can preview so can kinda prepare for it. I am not promising anything, but if I find it in me I will try to add that when the jam votes end.
Thank you so much for your review !
