Slowly drowning was mortifying!
Good work.
Fun game! Audio and SFX on point and great gameplay mechanics. The currents can be a bit brutal though!
Cute little game. You absolutely nailed the atmosphere - the sound and music is so good. The music reminds me of Minecraft (which has some really good tracks). For me the game was a little too difficult. I would have liked that it scaled up a bit - so starting out easy, and then becomes more difficult later. Either way, great job. More people should play this!
short but fun, great game. 5/5 on all categories for me, like the way you mixed 2d and 3d
Really liked the diving/ under water game play! Moving the player and the currents made it feel like you were against the water. Very cool game concept! I didn't do very well and found it a bit frustrating maybe its not for me, but i enjoyed the creativity behind the project. Good job ๐๐
I love the Peak inspiration and it works really good underwater! We got so much items so fast that can be overwhelming, and oh the currents, my biggest enemy. Did manage to win!
Awesome thanks so much for playing, happy to hear you were able to beat it! I'm going to be checking out everyone's games tomorrow that commented here, excited to check yours out.
Interesting game although those currents are rather annoying.
Yeah I tried to bring the annoyance of Peaks environmental hazards, but maybe a bit to much ๐ . Still beatable though, just not something you will win on your first try that's for sure.
Thanks for playing!
I like it, even if very stressfull. I found the currents slightly annoying at first, it would have been cool if there was a way to see/hear it coming.
Those pesky currents, kicking myself for not getting that pre warning done in time. Thanks for playing!
Enjoyable game! So stressful when you get deep and those damn currents! haha loved it though
I know the feeling I also get stressed on my swim up with the treasure, and I made the game ๐ the underwater current could strike at any moment and in its current state it's quite unforgiving. Thanks a bunch for playing!
Love the art; fun little swim to the bottom. Well done!
Thanks, maybe I'm a bit hard on myself with my art, you all are building my confidence up on it ๐
overall, loved it! The art especially is preatty neat
I was totally waiting for the treasure to be a biscuit, but that doesnt really matter
I'm surprised people liked the art ๐ , it was my best try as mainly a programmer lol. Thanks for playing!
The art was SO COOL. I loved the mix of 3d and 2d, it worked really well together. The UI was clean and polished. It was slightly annoying to have to stop and wait every time you run out of stamina cuz all you could do was swim and run out of it. For example, in peak there are several ways you can maneuver and spend your stamina, that way you can be more strategic with your stamina use. This game would have maybe benefited from a dash or something, I'm not sure. The currents were slightly annoying as well because I couldn't figure out how to get out of them, but in hindsight I was probably meant to see them coming. The items were super cool and worked really well with the gameplay. Overall, good job! Keep making games :)
(ps please rate my game ๐ฅบ)
Thanks for the ideas and playing the game, default movement with a dash/sprint is a great idea. Also the current I was hoping to add way more ways to avoid it and a pre warning but ran out of time. Thanks for playing!
