How does the game fit the theme?
Every trade you make is a risk for the "biscuit" of financial profit. You have to put your capital on the line in a dynamic market, choosing between safe, stable stocks and volatile ones that could bring you massive returns.

We also had fun with the theme literally: you can buy stock in the rival firm, BISC, and there's a cookie right on your desk to remind you what you're working for!

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Attributions can be found in the credits tab of the settings menu.

Didn't entirely understand what I had to do, maybe some more visualizations would help. Anyways trying to simulate markets as realistically as possible is an insane task and I tip my hat to you.

Love the atmosphere. Though having the money count visible when buying coins would be a nice addition.

The vibes are nice cause of the lo-fi but I think this could definitely use some better clarity about how stocks are doing (after a few days it felt like nothing had really moved, but if there was a graph it'd make it a lot clearer to tell there is movement), the cost things were bought at, the amount of money you have being visible while in the stock buying menu. Hopefully you can keep on improving the game after the jam!

I liked the vibes of the game! I would benefit if there was more information on the stock dynamic and if it was less realistic so that u can clearly see the price oscillates.

Good work!

Really good vibes game ! It would be perfect with few QOL improvments : see the amount of money remaining while buying, knowing at which cost we bought the cookie ...

Great work ! :)

I really like the interactive aspect of the game, it’s a cool concept. However, I had trouble seeing how much money I had while I was purchasing things. Overall, it’s a great job.

Even though I'm not into the finance sim thing, I want to say it was a pretty solid game. Nice work!

I am sorry, but for me this was really dull. The game is looking great, and it's overall seem very well made.

As a lo-fi lover, I have to respect the use of lo-fi beats in the game. And the way it is used to balance the otherwise risky nature of stock trading is a good call!

The game itself is quite fun and I like how I have the option to speed up the progress of time in case things are too slow for me. One thing that I think can improve the experience is if there were more visual indications of whether the stock is going down or up from the initial price that I bought it for (E.g. Change color of the text, Using a graph, etc...). But overall, this was still nice to play!

Cool idea, investing while also listening to LO-Fi seems risky haha, matches with the theme.  Great job !

Please check out my game as well :D
