Hey! My name is J. I’m working on this short game called Player Escapes the Dark! for the 2025 Scream Jam.
It’s best described as a multidirectional shooter with elements of psychological horror. Think Asteroids x IMSCARED. The story follows a man trying to wake up from a nightmare where he is tormented by physical manifestations of the dark.
I’m looking for teammates to help with the coding and pixel game art. I can take care of the writing, animation, and music. (If you have experience in any of these as well, I will welcome the help. I’m still fairly new to game development.)
There is no need for you to be an expert on anything, just looking for some help.
