How does the game fit the theme?
Play as a sneaky dog trying to steal biscuits without getting caught. Navigate obstacles, take risks, and collect rewards, so the more daring you are, the tastier the prize and greater the score!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All made by me, sounds and music obtained from free licensed stock audio files.

I really like that the sneak mechanic is dynamic, and not just based on moving/not moving. It adds a good level of depth to the game. Well done!
Thanks really appreciate it! The sneak mechanic also increases every level and as you get closer to the pizza :)
Fun casual game! One suggestion is since some parts of the level require you to move backwards, it would help to have the camera centered on the player instead of having the dog on the left side of the screen, otherwise its hard to see where you are going if you move left
Thanks! Yeah hadn't considered that as I tested it, gladly is an easy adjustment I can make after the Jam finishes :)
Very silly! I love how you incorporated the theme into the gameplay as well! The movement did feel a tad janky but it never made me not have fun.
Thanks glad you enjoyed playing my game!
Yeah most of the feedback I have received is about the movement, I just need to find a nice balance in the movement variables :)
Amazing art. The sound effects such as as the walking and victory is awesome. Some points is the music gets a bit repetitive, and some bugs here and there. But overall, well executed!
Thanks, appreciate the feedback! Yeah I need to tune and add more things after this jam :)
Adorable. I love the art, and that you made it yourself along with the coding. That's a thing. The tinkling walking audio made me smile. Good luck in the jam!
Thanks glad you liked the art!
Indeed, for my first completed game it was a task to made all the code work properly (I still need to fix and tune some things later).
Good luck to you too, you made a great game :)
Cool game! I was a bit confused by the alarm meter since it only tracked whether the player was holding a button down rather than tracking if the player was moving. This mechanic is necessary to understand for some gameplay sections - especially the ones with Roombas and I think that is very cool! My only critique is that the overlapping audio is a bit jarring - the general sfx are fine, but I feel that the victory music should play without the backing track. Overall, really great game!
Thanks really appreciate it :)
The alarm meter also tracks if the player is in the air, so jumping is a little bit more punishing (since it also adds to normal movement alarm) but it is the best way to move, about the background music I need to tune when the player wins, so it doesn't combine with the victory screen.
nice gameplay! Its fun to play!
Thanks :)
Very good game! people from our studio really enjoyed it! feel free to rate our game as wel
Thanks, glad the team enjoyed :)
Already rated your game, great job!
Really good game loved the art, its incredible you were able to orchestrate all this so well in just a matter of 6 days, Overall Amazing game :D
Rated:10/10 btw, Please try out my game Racookie Heist as well 😊, I worked really hard on it as well. I hope to see you in the Racookie Heist Comments section soon :D
Thanks really appreciate your support, as my first completed game I am very proud of the results :)
Rated your game! Great job and nice work on those 3D models, they impressed me the most for a game made by just one person!
Thankyou :D
Nice take on redlight greenlight, it really fit the theme!
I had trouble with the moving obstacles after level 1, but I was never that good at platformers so this might just be me.
My main recommendation is to add some animation to the dog character, it felt just a bit too static.
Cute game, great work!
Thanks glad you enjoyed it! I had to reduce the animation due to time limits for the jam, but I really want to add more animations later :)
Nice implementation on the theme!
Few things to feedback:
- jump abit floaty
- sometimes i get stuck beside the platform when jumping
- the gameover scene start blinking after awhile
Thanks for the feedback!
I think the gameover screen blinks due to the player receiving a hit, I should probably check if this causes it :)
Very cute art and idea for the game :) I liked that you had multiple goals to work towards in each level. The gameplay was a bit weird and confusing in terms of how obstacles interacted, but it worked out okay. Happily made sure Chloe got 3 stars and the extra biscuit on every level. Nice work!
Thanks, glad you completed it 100%!
Obstacles need a little tuning for sure :)
That's a very cute game! The jumps feel too floaty and the collisions sometimes are a bit weird, but I really like the Idea. Keep it up!
Thanks glad you liked it! It needs some tuning for sure :)
The game is really fun, though it could use a bit more polish. For example, the jump feels a little too floaty — increasing gravity while falling might make it feel snappier. I also noticed that the dog falls very slowly when jumping next to a solid platform. Some platform placements were a bit confusing too, since it wasn’t always clear whether I could pass below them or not. Another thing I spotted was that the risk bar seemed to react to my inputs rather than my actual actions — for instance, jumping made it rise slightly, but holding right against a platform made it increase a lot.
That said, I really enjoyed playing. I managed to collect all the cookies and earn three stars overall. At first, I was only getting one star on the first few levels, but as I got used to managing the risk meter, I eventually started earning three stars on later levels.
I especially liked the creative enemy designs, and the dog character is absolutely adorable! Overall, it’s a super cute and enjoyable game.
Thanks really glad you enjoyed my game, also congrats on completing it 100%!
About the platforms, they needed more time to polish them, I was having some hitbox problems at the first iteration that I later fixed but forgot to remove the failsafe code that prevents the player to get stuck in objects.
The risk bar indeed reacts based on player input, if it is moving to the right it increases at a constant pace, if the player is in the air it increases at a slower pace that also sums if the player is moving (this is so jumping has more risk than just walking), and going to the left increases the risk bar at a slower pace, also the closer you are to the pizza it increases the risk bar detection rate :)
This is cute, I was hoping to see a dog game. I love it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
the game is fun,, I'll give you that, but try improving on everything else, the score starts decreasing even when you can't move, the jump is a bit floaty, the obstacles could be better, the artstyle is great, but could be improved
the idea is great but it is not executed that well imo, do try improving this.
Thanks for the feedback!
The score decreasing at the start is by design to show you have to hurry, since other comments also mentioned this, I could adjust it to start decreasing after the player moves.
Damn this is something my dog would love to do hahahah, really fun game
Thanks! My dog literally has stolen pizza before so this isn't out of the picture for your dog :)
Fun game! Love the concept! My dog would give this 100000/10 for sure lol
Just a few problems I found:
Regardless, it was a good game!
Glad you enjoyed my game, I'm sure your dog will love it!
Appreciate the feedback, the sfx and music surely needs some adjustments, they were the last things I added to the game :)
Absolutely delightful little game. It took me to the end of the first level to understand why you were getting caught, but I felt like that was a good “learn the rules by playing” approach.
Maybe in a future iteration, you could implement some more unique SFX, but I think this is great for a game jam project!
I’m also happy to report that this game is cat approved!
Thanks for your comments! The cat approval just made my day :D, what it's your cat's name?
About the SFX, I recorded real audio from my dog for this game, but due to time I coudn't add it to the game, I am planning to add these later!
That is His Grace Patch Leopold, Duke of Couchington. He has very discerning taste in games (he’s never tackled my laptop before) so this is a high honor indeed. 😁
What an honor indeed, the Duke’s royal approval is not given easily!
Decent start to something. Definitely needs some polishing though. If you choose to continue developing, I would suggest looking into the level of gravity used. It seems like you float down instead of fall normally. Also had a few weird platform issues where I was standing on a platform and when I walked to the right and into another platform, it would automatically go into the jump animation and then have me fall to the ground level. You got several levels in, so it's quite a bit more than a vertical slice, so that was cool. I did not know what the purpose of the stealth meter was until I played a few rounds. Overall, a good entry that just needs more time spent on it.
Thanks for your comments! Definitively the gravity needs to be increased, and the platforms need to be tuned so they feel more natural :)
