How does the game fit the theme?
The main gameplay of my game is to get ingredients for biscuit cookies in the basement and then sell them to the monster under the bed. Thus, the player must take risks in order to get the opportunity to make cookies.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Before the jam, the character control and health system were done. I also used a video tutorial on YouTube to make a shader for the HP bar and used music from "Not Jam Music Pack". Links to them are indicated in the game description.

Good job! It would've matched the theme better if there was a way to exit the basement to cash out your collected stuff. And if you die you'd lose all your collected stuff in the basement. Anyway good game! And I'd really appreciate if you could check out mine as well, because I need two more votes. Thanks!
Oh well, I'll try to take that into account in the future!
Unfortunately I won't be able to vote for the game, as I found out that my PC can't run any game on itch. However, as far as I can see, you've already reached the required number. Congratulations!
Yes, you're correct. I've reached the number of votes I wanted. And no worries!

Nice game. I wish the character would change direction based on movement. Some of the menus images where a bit to big
Thanks for the feedback. I will try to fix this in the future.
Good choice for music. I was trying to see how fast I could get my character. At 400% speed things get a little wonky. The attack isn't super satisfying since it's small and just right in front of the player. This also makes it hard to hit things approaching from above. It would be cool if you could hit the projectiles shot from the (flour?) guys. More sounds and indicators for the player would also make it easier to tell when you hit an enemy or get hit. Nice cute character sprite.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to do it as soon as I have some free time :D
Feels like bullet hell, but you need to click on the mouse to hit enemies.
