How does the game fit the theme?
BUG LIFE is a point-and-click adventure game. You've been deemed an unproductive member of the anthill, so you've been kicked out and sent on a mission for sweet treats. Who knows what's out there in the garden?! Risk it for the biscuit!!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We did everything ourselves!

Congratulations on the top ten spot in Visuals, super deserved <3
aw thank you!! im glad people liked the visuals!!
This was so cute :)
During the boss fight, I like to think I was dancing so bad it hurt that bug :D
Very good game, I much appreciated being brought back to the snail once you've already done the dodging. It's little things like that that make this game fun. The artstyle is really nice, blending reality with drawings with a child-like imagination, I particularly liked the glove shop! Great job!
I fell in love with the cute visuals and music!
I ended up being a chill guy and dancing my way to victory at the end lol XD
Such great graphics and adorable, simple gameplay! This is one of my favorite games from the jam. It totally transported me to another world – I had an absolute blast.
Also, huge shoutout for the hilarious character designs. They put a big smile on my face!
the visuals are extremely extremely striking and jaw-dropping. A couple more sound effects would have gone a long way. It's a great execution of the theme and seemed like achieved everything it wanted to in a short amount of time. thank you for creating this
Good work on the ideas, art style and music. I love a good adventure! It's a perfect combination to explore deeper narrative, and perhaps expand on mechanics. 7 days really isn't very long for all that though. Well done getting as far as you did. Good luck with the jam
