Description
In Fort Night, you lead an army of defiant children who will do whatever it takes to stay up late on the last night of summer. Deploy stuffed animal warbeasts, armored Lego tanks, and dart-blasting babies as you fend off the dark forces conspiring to put you to bed. Customize your fort for both style and protection. Use pillows, slides, trampolines, and whatever you can find in the kids' room!
March of Summer's End - Every resistance starts out hopeful... This track serves as the game's main theme and would play on the main menu. Lock and load!
Fortify Beddy-Bye - The first thing you must do is build your fort and position your troops. This track serves as background ambience while you ponder where to place that pillow palisade.
Rattle Royale - Once you're done constructing the fort, it's time to wage war. Enemies will come in ever-increasing waves to test your defenses. This track grows in intensity the more waves you complete. If you can make it to the final wave, you have a chance to turn the tides and win the war!

Such a fun and enjoyable listen! I do wish some tracks moved a bit faster but regardless I think they still work for their intended purpose. Super creative concept and near perfect execution. Great job!
I thought the creativity on this one was great - from the game idea to the names of the songs to the artwork to the transition from toy sounds to rock sounds on the last track. Nice job
I really liked the music overall, and I think they would fit well in each respective context! Also the part in Battle Royale where the rhythm guitar comes in was really cool sounding.
The art and name are iconic.
March of summers end has such a fun aura and was an excellent intro! I think it did the best at fitting the story of the game you were going for.
I think Fortify Beddy-Bye however was a little too long. It's pretty simplistic and as such felt like it overstayed its welcome. Having it be like a minute shorter would do wonders.
Rattle Royale also felt like it took slightly too long to really get going. I would have liked more of the goofy stuff like in the first song for the idea of a bunch of children protecting a blanket fort.
Thanks for the feedback! Getting the pacing of those last two right was a challenge. When I first wrote them, I actually felt like they moved too quickly and wound up stretching some parts with repeats. Perhaps I overshot and made them too long. Something to work on for next time, I suppose!
Cute and creative! Rattle Royale is the best track, beyond a shadow of a doubt; my only complaint was that the entire album was realllll quiet, had to crank up my headphones to even hear any of it (at least on YouTube).
That's odd. The playback was quite a respectable volume on my end. Maybe a YouTube problem? I'll make a note just in case. Thanks!
Wow. You made marching music that melted my heart. I've never heard marching music this good. The wind instrument at 3:00, just perfect. Rattle Royal turning into rock at the end was awesome. Ughhhh this was soooo good!!! Well done!
Was not expecting to be hearing a march of all things in a jam lol, but it was very well executed and had a super unique take on the standard parade march. The next two songs contrast the march well, and all of the pieces do a good job of holding audience attention. Super playful overall, you definitely captured the theme you were going for well! Great work!
Very interesting and unexpected entry but very well done ! Good job
I can imagine a silly game with the music and your description. You nailed the battle and march feel with the rolling drums. I enjoyed the second phase of the last track, very cool.
Great creativity and composition ! Really enjoyed the trip :)
Absolutly in love with this, so funny, the concept is original and charming, and the music perfectly deliver. Kind of felt like one of thoses old flash game !
This game concept is so fun and unique, it sounds like it would've been a flash game back in like 2010. The music does NOT disappoint though, the composition and quality are amazing! You would be great at composing marches for bands to play. Overall, this is really great! Keep making stuff like this!
