ooh i like the drums and groove here, quite catchy! Although it could use more variation in the composition, like introduce new melodies or more background instruments, i liked it so good job!

I feel like the minimal part which is quiet in the front struggles a little but it's very hard to do that sometimes when still forming the idea,  The second part when it picks up is obviously more like it found its voice.

But overall i find the strong personalities of the different regions of the piece speak to creativity, which I am fond of to start with.

So that weighs extra with my personality already known to be chaotic in these parts to start with lol.

The guitar melody over the hollow instrument feels almost happy at first. But then that acceleration and big chords into the beat certainly feel like it moves into a boss track. I love the beat you bring in for the second half! The chords have a somber and despair-inducing quality which contrasts the upbeat drums to create both a sad and energetic boss theme. Your description implies that you were going for a character theme with a complex mixture of emotions and I think you did that well. You also did a nice job taking us through the pre-battle, battle intro, and meat of the battle. Good work and thank you for sharing!

I like the conga, which is slightly out of tune at the beginning, complementing the guitar. It's simple and melancholic.

And the groove of the fight music is really cool.

Ooh, I love the different sections. It starts so melancholy and then takes us new places. I like how the opening section really gives space for the melody to feel lonely and for every note to feel important. And then the transition is really cool.
