Explain your hypothetical game concept & how you interpreted the theme!
My game is an old jrpg.
The main character is a boy whose village was attacked by the demon king's army. The hero was weak, and the only thing he could do was run away.
The composition "Despair" was created to show the grief of the hero whose village was being burned down.
This refers to the work of Kistopher Vogler and his 12-stage development of the hero. Stage 3 is "refusing the call," and at the same time, the theme of jam
The second composition is a battle theme that will follow the hero on his path of revenge

What genre is your soundtrack?
classic

How did you incorporate a canon into your hypothetical soundtrack?
there is a canon in each of the soundtracks. in the first one, it is 3 voices that enter one after another. in the second one, it is 2 wind instruments

I quite enjoyed Way Home. If you're looking for a solid symphonic instruments plugin, I've been using BBC Symphony Discover by Spitfire audio. For a free plugin the sounds are quite good.

Thanks for the recommendation. Just downloaded it and I already like it

You can really feel the despair in the first track. I really like the canon, it captures a lot of emotion with the voices. When the drums and other instruments come in it feels very climactic. Your attention to the psychological and emotional part of the hero's call really come through.
