I don’t think I was aiming for that theme at all.

The switching tempos are very cool and fun to follow, and the song sounds quite nice. It doesn't really fit the theme well, as you already knew, but it kinds fits a buff "heavy metal"-esque vibe haha! Interesting entry for sure :D

Metal representation spotted, peak recognised. I do feel the image somewhat fits this tune though, in my opinion.

What an intense boss fight! I have so much respect for you and others who can write metal music like this. The focus on percussion and rhythm fits very nicely with a climactic combat theme. There is a video that I watched once that described metal percussion as just switching the functions of the kick drum and the cymbals which seems like an appropriate description for what you did here - the double-kicking is crazy! I think that the buff version of your character seems fitting for this track! I question if I would feel cohesion if I heard this playing and the original character showed up as my combatant, but I think some clever animation might help match the character’s personality with this high intensity track. This was really fun to listen to! Great job and thank you for sharing!

If that wasn't the theme you were aiming for, then what theme WERE you aiming for? Or did you just make a battle theme and submit it without worrying about the theme?

I wanted to create a chaotic and intense musical theme for such an unusual enemy, but I think I went overboard.
