Couldn't tell if there were boundaries or not, Was aiming for 100 fruits, but I got careless and ran out of nutrients at 67. Nice work. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Very well polished and a fascinating concept that works really well with the expansion theme. It felt educational, I really felt like a mushroom colony! I was hoping for something more akin to a gameplay loop near the surface but it was very satisfying to expand underground and watch more mushrooms pop up.
This game has so much polish. It feels like a finished product! I enjoyed this a lot, and gave it one of the highest ratings I've given a game in this jam. Great job! Keep making games.
Cosy game with a simple idea but was executed flawlessly, really enjoyed playing this. Being able to zoom out and see all the progress you've made genuinely such a nice thing to witness
The game was super enjoyable and very cozy. Music, sound, and art were all on point. The first try, I just went straight for the surface, only collecting what got close to me, and that didn’t go great. But when I tried again and took my time collecting resources, and realized I could grow out from anywhere on the root system, I had a great time and got a much higher score.
Great work!
Really enjoyed this game, the mechanics of it are simple and well executed and it’s clear that much thought went into this. It is easy to determine what needs to be done and everything has a natural progression to it.
How far each way can we go?
Such a cosy game, I loved to explore the soil map and find interesting path, great job ! To add more mechanics if you plan to continue the game it could be interesting to gain some "money" when a fruit is placed that allowsus to buy some "soil life" like worms that remove pollution or goes from dense soil to soi, destroy rocks and creates leaves :)
In any case, nice game :)
Discover a cozy experience where you’re carried away by a soothing atmosphere, cute art style, and chill music. Easy to pick up and free of unnecessary complexity, the game offers smooth and satisfying progression: watching your resources grow and your little world flourish quickly becomes addictive.
Possible improvement: A more organic system for the mycelium branches would be a great addition, as well as some fine root-like structures along the path to stay closer to reality.
Cute and easy to get the gist of. Its really clear how to handle resources and seeing your mushroom count grow. the art is also cute and the music is chill af . im bookmarking this :D
Really dig this, played it for 20 minutes during a morning meeting and wanted to keep my little mycelium going! 5 stars all around.
Really cute, love the atmosphere and little noises. Well done !
Wow! I love this take on the theme! Now I know how it feels to be the potato that I have left in my basement for three years. This game nails the satisfaction of expanding. Really simple, but feels good and is really well executed! Great work!
Peak I'm afraid.
On a more serious note, you nailed the vibe, also it's very charming visually, and the simplicity of the game is its biggest strength. Congratulations on the game.
