Game Description
This is a roguelike where you build a board of ideas and try to get your IQ as high as possible.
How does your game tie into the theme?
The game's theming is about expanding your mind. You're also expanding out as part of the gameplay, since ideas can only be placed adjacent to another

How this game only has 11 ratings at the time of rating this is insane to me. I actually think this is one of the better games I've played this game jam. The colour palette and audio give it such a calming vibe and I didn't realise how quickly time passed whilst playing this which is a major positive for this game. The synergies between ideas were incredibly cool too, the UI was super intuitive and it all felt really polished all together. I would absolutely love to see this get a post jam version in the future. I think I managed to get to turn 12 before being exposed as a low IQ FRAUD LMAO
Incredibly good submission honestly, great job on this
Really clever concept here! Expanding your mind through a roguelike grid of ideas is such a creative spin on the theme, and it works brilliantly once you start finding those synergies. There is a great satisfaction in watching the numbers climb as everything clicks together.
The limited palette adds to the charm too. The bold pink and purple brain design is eye catching, and the clean UI makes it easy to focus on the strategy at hand. It all feels intuitive after a few turns, and I found myself wanting to push just one more run to see if I could optimise further.
This game is really fun! I tried about six times but couldn’t get past level 7–8. I’d definitely play something like this on my mobile phone — it’s a very cool and original idea. Not all of the slots were immediately clear to me, but that might just be the IQ issue. In terms of visuals and sound, I’d give it a solid 9/10. You can count on a really great rate from me! The game feels very polished — great work!
This game was surprisingly fun, good job!
Thanks for playing! :)
This was a ton of fun -- I played through this a few times to try out different strategies! The background music, the art, and the SFX make it such an addicting game, I kept wanting to continue to expand more and more.
Great work!
Man, you're awesome. Thank you for playing!
Really impressive game for a jam! And I love how you chose to theme it, big numbers and a grid with cards on it doesnt scream IQ initially but the theming made it so much more engaging! Nice work.
Thank you! ^^
This game is amazing - great concept, well implemented and very polished!
I really enjoyed coming up with idea synergies and it felt very rewarding when they worked!
Great job!
Thank you!! I thought a lot about how synergies and interactions are gonna look like in this game and wanted them to be fun and rewarding to find, I'm glad it worked out for you :D
This game is great! Totally see the roguelite inspirations and getting good synergies on the cards is really rewarding!
Thank you for checking it out :D I hecking LOVE roguelikes
Took me a bit to get what you the game was about even though I read the tutorial, but when it made click this actually was really fun!
You fit the theme perfectly! The audio was very fun!
Graphics were okay, though there is definitely some space for improvement. Especially with the sharpness aspect, spefically with the fonts, though I know it's a hassle in Godot, especially on the Web!
Good Job ! Keep it up :)
Thank you for the review! And yeah, visuals definitely isn't my strongest suit lol, and the blurry text is very noticeable now that you mentioned it. I'm glad you found it fun though!
LOL. I'm stupid. Enjoyed even though I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. :D
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it still ^^
