How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
The main character dies and ends up in the Hard Luck Bar, a place between life and death. To escape, they merely need to win a coin toss, but keep losing. In order to return to life, they have to hoist their unlucky items onto other patrons of the bar.

I love the art aesthetic in this. Really interesting concept too.
It seems like the gameplay needs a little work. The coat check game lost my interest after a little while.
I really like what you did but I kept losing to the coat check fight.
The screen went black after the coat check fight. Is there a way to work around this currently? It looks like there is more content based on the thumbnails. The graphics and the tone are the standouts from what I have played so far.
I've been trying at this for a bit, but unfortunately I've managed to run into some black screen softlocks at the coat cat fight. I'll probably try again later, as it seems it's not a common issue and I'm just getting unlucky.
Edit: In case it's not just luck, both times it happened while I was hugging the edge during the mouse phase. In case there does happen to be an issue related to that.
The art in this game is awesome, a great style and imaginative designs. Very impressive results for a game jam game. The music and sounds give it a strong identity as well.
The obstacle-avoiding minigame is decently fun, though it can feel a little slow at times if you're replaying to get back to a harder part. There's one specific point (in the cat fight when the paws come in at a curve) where it feels like it's not quite telegraphed well enough, but that was the only case I saw where it felt a little unfair.
Overall, great work. This one's a delight.
I wish this was finished, it looks amazing.
It's hard to tell the progress when doing to coat check battle, I guessed that it was progressing because the patterns changed.
Obsessed with the character design. The music is just dissonant enough to be slightly offputting in the best way! I really enjoy the noir feel to the game, and I'm excited to see what else gets added post jam!
Beautiful presentation, and really charming character design. The combat gameplay was solid and nicely readable.
Looking forward to play the rest of the planned content in a post-jam update.
The art is amazing, you made a good job with that.
The idea minigames like undertale was nice, I think a had a small error after my first figth, the screen turned black and the game restarted.
But again, the art is great
