How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
The gameplay in this game is based off RNG in form of unlucky / lucky dice rolls, the story revolves around a group of unlucky passengers stuck in a train for 13 hours... and the main character is a cute little black cat!

It's very cute and has a lot of nice little stories to tell to flesh out the personalities on the train in a realistic way.

I'm probably missing something, but I didn't much get the point of the die rolling whenever I was helping anyone and whether that really affected anything or not. I was able to complete tasks just fine even if I did roll a lot of 1's so I guess I might have gotten a "bad ending", but that's not readily apparent.

Nice entry and an interesting design.

These backgrounds are fantastic (the dining car is rad!) and the sprites are great too. It didn’t seem like I was able to get any of the missions completed, even when I tried interacting with the corresponding objects. It didn’t seem clear whether this was due to bad dice rolls or what. It led to a lot of resetting, a version of this where you could work on more than 1 NPC task at once would be a lot of fun. It’s a nice start and I enjoyed exploring the train.

I empathize a lot with this cat. I always roll 1s when I'm traveling by train... The art style was very cute and well made! I would have liked some background music, but overall it was still a nice experience. Thank you for this entry!

really cute!! I’m fond of the passengers and the premise is just … really a cute train I’d want to travel in!!

the annoying thing is that I keep talking to people instead of interacting with stuff - an notable example is that I’m really not sure how you can press the button in the cabin, since the bunny is there I so wish there were some kind of cute tune playing behind and a few sfx here and there too

I like the dice gameplay, each outcome seems to be interesting! not sure if that’s a bug but I feel like you can roll more than once the same dice

great job!!

I really like the game, it fits the theme perfectly and looks great. The only thing I would change is that jumping and interaction shouldn’t be on the same key.

Sooooooooooooooo cute. I also had issue with the die roll, but the game itself it just so cute and stylish. the dialogue is cute and interesting too. :) good job!

I think there should be something that tells you how to roll the dice. I talked to the first npc, a dice appeared, I jumped next to it, and tried every button in the controls section to get something to happen but nothing happened. I tried talking to someone else and the die said I still need to roll it, but I can't seem to interact with it in any way.

I like the art! A little rough to roll the dice all the time but a cool idea!
