This was really cute! I didn’t get it at first so I appreciated the instructions on the game page. Honestly my favorite part was just walking around with the whole crew. They seemed like good friends!
Thank you so much!
Oh i love how this looks! Great style all round, I have such a soft spot for that checkered sonic / supermonkeyball grass. The named penguins got me real attached to them. Hope you enjoyed the jam ✨
Thank you! It was super fun to participate in the jam!
Really fun and I loved the look of it. It's so sad when the penguins die! Would be cool to have a score or more of a goal but great for a jam game.
Thank you so much!
This was super fun! I loved the art style, too. Small nitpick, with the way the camera is setup, enemies coming from the bottom of the screen can shoot at you off screen without you seeing them, making them harder to hit. Other than that, great job!
Thank you so much for the feedback! That is an issue I tried to fix during development, but it definitely needs some more work.
It was cute! Would appreciate some instructions, not sure if the penguins are supposed to be able to shoot, but I couldn't figure it out. I did get the robots to shoot at the cages a little
Thank you! I included some instructions and controls on the game's main itch.io page, but didn't have time to include them in the game itself unfortunately.
Incredibly cool! Really fun squad mechanic. It reminds me of Cannon Fodder. Would love to see it expanded on.
Thank you so much! Cannon Fodder and X-COM were the two big inspirations for the project!
