Personally, that 4th chord was held out for a bit too long. While the dissonance feels very intentional maybe it could have evolved into another chord with the same dissonance but still different.

The song has and ominous vibe certainly builds tension as it becomes more dissonant (and I like the articulation of the strings on that last chord before the percussion hit). Felt that last chord could've been held out a bit longer before the drum hit tbh, build up some more tension.
great ending and i love the progression (altough, i would change the first two chords to a bit more "sinister" ones!) :P But the last 2 chords and ending is chefis kiss
