Whoaaaaa picross flashbacks! Really nicely done! I loved the tone of the intro story and the way the puzzles were integrated. I didn't notice the health system at first and was confused why it filled in the right thing when I guessed wrong, but I think that was a good design choice now that I understand it, rather than letting the player make a wrong move without knowing it. It seems like a small thing but the SFX for clicking squares in the puzzles makes it feel so much better than it would have without it, especially using different ones for filled and unfilled squares, and was a super good addition.

I agree with other commenters that a little cleaner alignment of the hint numbers and a grid overlay to really lock things in would be great additions, and I did run into the same missing hint number on one of the puzzles (it was level 5 when I did it but they seem to be somewhat randomized). I'd love to revisit the game with those changes and maybe a few more levels added!

Also, from a former Fusion user, way to go making something this unique! I haven't used it in a long while but I remember getting really confused trying to do UI stuff and this works great!

Took asking some questions in the discord to get some of the ui stuff to work but im suprised that it worked so well. Definitely going to make the grid more obvious and maybe add some new levels when i get motivated to.

Cool stuff. I didn't know what a nonogram was or how to play it but it was fun trying to figure it out. The reward itself didn't even matter much for me I just wanted to figure out the puzzles XD Got to level 4 I think.

I love a good puzzle game, and this was a lot of fun!  I think I was trying to look for pictures in the nonograms after stage 2 due to thinking you were going for a picture of a breast on it.
The music was quite catchy, and you got a good base for something more here!
Other than aligning the columns and rows with the puzzle tiles a bit better, and putting a grid on it to see the individual boxes, the only thing I can think of is maybe have the grid dissolve to show the image underneath?  The images were a fun reward for solving the puzzle, but having them float down felt a little disjointed from the nonogram itself.

for bigger puzzles having the art being revealed behind the puzzle could work yeah. level 2 was supposed to be a breast but i didn't have any ideas for images after that so i just tried to make interesting levels

I love nonograms! Sometimes I wish there was a more defined grid here though. Also on level 4, one of the columns says that there are no black tiles on it, only for there to actually be one.

Also the hints aren't really aligned with the columns very well, so I'd sometimes have to count the hints across just to make sure I wasn't about to use the wrong hint.

All issues that could easily be fixed with a little bit more dev time.

Aligning the hints and making the grid more obvious are some easy fixes i can figure out, and i found the missing hint. Definitely will upload fixes after the jam voting ends.
