Having been built for a small, but precautions child, El-Bia enjoyed a time of love and affection from her owner, but after a terrible fire took her life, she swore to herself and the world, that she would protect the worlds most young and indefensible creatures, the children of the world.
Armed with a children's safety shear and her overly complex machinery, she journeys from place to place, protecting those who cannot stand up for themselves.
