Just wanted to ask if the steam key is received after purchase of the game on a date after the 25 of september? Because I purchase it on August but didn't receive the steam key.
You can use the purchase email from itch to reach the download page of Para Ark 2, there should be an option to claim the steam key. If it didn't show up there and itch support doesn't help, you can request a refund via paypal and buy it on steam instead.
