Statement of Intent / Artist Statement
The author aims that the game might help younger audience connect and understand that being queer is not a problem and they don’t need to change. The game also tries to raise awareness about LGBT life in Egypt and shows that our work as an LGBT+ community is not finished yet. There is a lot of work to be done to make sure the world is a safe place for everyone.

Bio
Ahmed Khalifa is an AI researcher/lecturer at the Institute of Digital Games, University of Malta. They got their PhD from New York University back in 2020 in procedural content generation. They are also an independent game designer/developer. Some of their games were nominated/showcased at different events, such as IndiePrize, Melbourne Queer Games Festival, Queer Games Conference, and International Mobile Game Awards.
