This was such a fun visual novel!! I love how dynamic the narrative was, from the hilarious gags to the moving scenes of being inspired by Dr. K. This game a lot of heart and I applaud all the work you put in. It really encompasses the experience of discovering HG and growing as a person. You had me rooting for Morgan all the way :)

The game and storytelling is short and sweet. Really enjoyed it! X) All the characters are really fun and yesss for Dr.K cameo! The thing I like the most is how the soundtrack shifts the longer Morgan is stuck in his gaming cycle. It really helps conveying the mood and tone of the situation c:

Technical feedback: I didn't play on fullscreen at first and I didn't realize that the game wasn't showing me the whole screen when not in fullscreen mode. This resulted in me not being able to find the phone the game was mentioning and clicking around the game for 5-7 minutes since the phone icon was cropped out until I finally tried fullscreen

I felt like the storytelling in this game was executed really well: the transitions / lighting changes, sound effects and animations added a lot of character to the story and it flowed nicely. The game has a relatable story and a good sense of humor (put a smile on my face to see that dog running around the screen). I was entertained every second of playing this, even when it was calling me out. Nice work!

Note: I had to play in fullscreen in order to see the phone, had that issue for a little while

Cool minigame, once I figured it out. I liked the story, very realistic. Sometimes you'll just lose an entire month because bleh. And I appreciate that you ground it in reality after the naive optimism, then afterwards you say fuck it, what if we could just snap our fingers and be healthy gamers? Wouldn't that be cool? And then you just make everything go well lol. Also, groovy af.

Wow! Great amount of work. Really well polished. I'm normally not into visual novels but I was hooked for this one. Love the text animation.

Yo, that was so good! I didn't even realize it was mostly just a visual novel. You got a completed story, solid art, and even music. Totally fit the theme and seemed very well scoped. This was a great jam project! 5 stars from me. Also, Sum41 and Nirvana on Uke is wild! XD
