I like diffrent time moving, it was tricky to figure it out at first! It was fun and challenging (because I'm not that good at games :D) experience!

Interesting mechanics for shooting, the visual and theme is very good! Game has polished feel. Some issues are still there but game is very fun to play.

Great art and music, initially though the time difference theme was lag, maybe explain how the game slows down and speeds up before the first room, got to the second timed room, almost had it, had an issue picking up the weapon next to the 3 rats, not having to pickup the weapon each time would be much appreciated, like the others said I had an issue hitting the ghosts too, good work keep at it!

Dig the melancholy vibe and wall placement mechanic, but the speed changes felt laggy and having to drop items between rooms was kinda tedious. Respect for also going with rat enemies too like mine, I agree with the others those little guys were brutal lol, mine are angels in comparison

cool game! Those rats were truly vicious.

Yeah xD, I know, maybe I should tweak them a bit.

A few thoughts. I like the game. In gameplay the speeding up and slowing down kinda felt like lag at first, and maybe that's part of the point is to avoid getting hit so you don't get slowed down and feel like "Come on stop lagging". Took me some time to realize, idk if it's because of how high the ghosts are in the air, but hitting them wasn't easy for me, I kind of had to aim in front of where I thought I would need to. I tried a few times, got up to what I think was the 5th or 6th room (The 2nd room where there's a timed challenge), and appreciated that you made an X under where the character lands so that not falling into the sewage water or whatever the painful liquid is, was a lot easier. Unique mechanic, I liked the melancholy vibe that the music gave it, and overall I think you've fully captured your idea in a bite-size game pretty well. And then other things if you wanted to work on the game later, I think either making it possible to carry the item with you through the door, or maybe if not, there could be rooms where the weapon is in a hard to reach place, and you have to dodge before being able to grab it for that room. Also potentially being able to re-bind the heal key to something closer to wasd, but that's a nitpick, definitely not something anyone would expect to be the focus of a game jam. Thanks for the play! Really had me embracing my inner "Skill issue"

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I’ll go over everything you mentioned. I’m super happy to see you liked the game:D

Cool concept with the attack being able to be placed on walls! The rats were quite annoying to deal with haha

Cool little game, thanks for submitting!

I think the music is really fitting, it works really well with the art. It really creates an interesting atmosphere, and the game overall reminds me of old games I used to play. Nice vibes!

One thing I didn't really like is the mechanic of having to pick up or drop items. I feel like it would have been a lot more fun if you were able to shoot/heal at all times, and dropping the items to move between rooms doesn't.

That time-limited room was quite challenging. Also, that red thing that spawns when you attack, why does it look so mesmerising?

I also ran into a few small performance hitches, but stuff like that is hard to control in a web game, I think. It could very well be itch's fault!

And good job finishing a game, it's always a difficult undertaking.

I love the art in this game! It looks professional. I felt the combat was OK and the UX was confusing. It is a solid game that shows talent and the music was really good.
It reminded me a bit of "Don't Starve".

Thnk's for playing :D Yeah, I think the fight system is something I should really tweak a bit. It's nice if you say it reminds you of Don't Starve xD because I'm an absolute huge fan of Don't Starve myself.
