Loved seeing how much work and art went into this, very cute
Drawing at the end was beautiful! You have put a lot of work into this game and you show a lot of potential! Good luck in game development < 3
What a sweet little story about change! I really appreciate the message you're trying to send here -- I've experienced a lot of major sudden changes in my life, and they can be halting at times. But we all have to find our blue jay, the one who lets us know that things will be alright both through words and by example! And when times get really tough, sometimes we have to be our own blue jay, or the blue jay for someone else seeking guidance.
Amazing little story, and I hope to see more from you in the future! Great work! <3
Cute little game! I hope that little fairy will be alright!
The way that you game fits the theme its very wholesome. Nice cutscene at the end. The platforming part could use some work, but the concept was great.
Please rate our game if possible <3
Awesome work for your fist game in itch. As othere stated, the animated cutscene at the end surprised me. It would also be nice to have more difference between fore- and background elements. I - too - jumped on a mushroom that didn't have collision. You could try to decrease the contrast to the background for now to make it mor eobvious were to step. Keep it up!
I think the overall message fits the theme well. It was a nice touch that you could talk to the spider and ants inside the tree.
Nicely drawn characters. The animated cut-scene took me by surprise. The yellow mushrooms were deceptive.
Cool little story.
The story is great. Loved that you hand-drew all that art.
A short but sweet story, for the platforming, I would avoid having interactable platforms, and non-interactable background scenery use the same asset, I went to jump onto a mushroom and fell in a hole because it had no collision.
Yeah in hindsight I probably shouldn't have done that lol
The movement was nice, despite not having an animation. I skipped a lot of the dialog, but all the art and cutscene looked really nice. Good job.
If you have time, please also check out the game I worked on. Thank you.
