Cool! Fun visuals, all dialogs voiced over, little details like rats with cheese. I wasn't able to ghostify after the first time, and didn't notice any new clues (I already seen the book, the pamflet and cigarettes), so the only choice I had was to blame Evelyn and that concluded the game.
Really enjoyed your game! amazing visuals, great voice acting, and the detective/noir vibe works perfectly! I got completely pulled into it.
If you have a moment, I’d love if you could check out mine too! Play it here: https://kaijota.itch.io/graverun

Looove the character design and overall vibe, love the voice acting. My laptop could only handle it for a little bit but really really solid submission!
Very cool premise. Im really loving the art and music, not to mention the voice acting is on point 👌! I had a good time following along with the story after my first attempt ended in getting jump scared by a certain noise when you run out of time AHAHAHAH.
Amazing work guys!
Also love the little rats everywhere not to mention the big one
I liked the character designs and the voice acting in the game :D I would find a way to toggle sensitivity and optimize the zoom when you angle the camera in certain ways XD The other talking point I had while you came to stream was the same thing you're aware of, the spirit meter needs a liiiil' tweakin '
That being said congrats on your game guys <3 it was so much fun playing and an absolute pleasure to have met some of yall :)
Unfortunately my laptop couldn't handle running this for long 😭 But I loved the premise, voice acting, art style and music! 💙
Great detective game, the theme is unique and fits this jam very well, and the voice acting is really cool.
Great concept, awesome art style, and pretty darn good voice acting, well done👏
Played the game!
One of the few games in this jam that I think followed the theme well! also LOVE the cover and the little wisps!
Cute game! The premise is really cool and the 3D art looks great. I will say it kinda chugged on my computer, so maybe list recommended specs? Here's what I'm running:
Intel i3 12th generation 1.2 Ghz processor, Intel UHD graphics, 32 GB RAM
The character models and art in general are lovely! I found the story compelling and I was pretty curious to find out more. The voice acting was nice too! That being said, I wish the mechanics to piece the story together were a little more in-depth and felt less tedious (maybe a sprint ability would help?). It would also be nice to have some sort of indication of when you're spending too much time in ghost-form. The ending felt abrupt when Bevy said she cracked the case; I just thought to myself, "I did???" since I didn't really know what the clues that I found meant. The camera movements and flickering lights were also very jarring and hard to look at at times. I think with more time to expand the mechanics and polish the game, it has potential! Overall I enjoyed playing, there are just some small issues that could be fixed.
Great game, you did a good job on the models, I especially liked the one for Bevy's ghost. The art for the main menu was also really cool, and the voice acting was really well done. Great music too, it really set the detective vibe. I also like the concept and how you used the theme of the game jam. The jacksepticye references were also fun. The mystery was intriguing, although a bit tedious with the interactions, it took a bit sometimes to manage to pick up an item. I also feel like some sort of timer would possibly also have been nice to have - if I understood correctly there was the exclamation to help warn you, though sometimes it seemed to happen a second before I died, and other times it gave me a lot of time. Maybe some sort of "skip ahead" option as well so I don't have to repeat so much stuff to return to where I was. Overall though I liked the game, well done!
