Interesting use of bird! It really captures the essence of sitting by the river or in a park and just playing your instrument. Proof that ambiance is just as importantas melody or harmony when telling a story. Great work!
I agree that there are quite a few birds present in this track - they do distract a little bit from the beautiful ambiance you have going on. I think it'd be cool to change up the tempo a bit as well. That could be a possible way to add some tension and maybe a new section without steering away from the genre too too much. I could definitely hear a melancholic melody over the guitar line!
Extremely well done ambient track! I love the combination of guitar and contrabass here. I also have a little bit of a soft spot for music with ambient sounds in the background (like rain, or in this case crickets and such).

Guitar provides some nice resonance and the cello works well to provide harmony. Song is simple and serene. Too much bird for my taste.
