You need to pick the right item and plant it on the right spot. You can tell which spot is correct by looking closely at the ghost sprite, it should be the same as item.

What a silly little game! Had a lot of fun with it! Really liked the different traps and death sprites and the different art styles that came together! Very fun overall!!!!!

Unfortunately, Legacy version has some critical bugs, that sometimes softlock you. You can find patched game by the name "Final Profit 1.3".
