very fun and satisyfing WIN!! Good collections of minigames. Time is managed and represented very well throughout the game. Very fun game.

Maybe a minimap as overlay will be helpful to remember which rooms are where.

Nice work! Definitely impressed by how many mini-games you were able to create in the time for this jam, and they were satisfying to play, pacing-wise and visually. The art was nice, especially for the Monitor, and I liked the menus and sound effects.

As a player, definitely got that feeling of stress watching the timer tick by and rushing to get everything done, and was spooked by the Monitor. Some small things that were frustrating: similar issue about the doors not being visually distinct, I lost some time in the beginning since I forgot which button had the task list, the house layout was a little confusing to navigate, and I wish there was a longer pause between days. But overall I felt like it was a well-paced experience and enjoyed it, nice work for your first game!

I lost a few times but I was close. It is a good game. Great job. I don’t want to spoil anything. But I loved the stuff.

Great work! I loved all the different minigames. It works really well, but going through the doors feels kinda hard sometimes

We're glad you enjoyed our mini-games! Thanks for notifying us about the door frame hitboxes being a bit off, we've noted it for post-jam.

Nice minigames and good character design, the door being on the bottom of the left wall really threw me off, couldn't find it for a while, and lost half of a day to trying to find where to go, I got to the boss with not much time left, I only had 2 tries, feel like you don't have much room to move to dodge, he's hard to hit before dying, does he have 1 HP to balance for that or  am I just bad XD

Thanks so much for playing our game, and for notifying us about our bug (clarity about the door frames). The boss, Monitor, is meant to be a bit tough as he's a one hit kill.

I see, that makes sense, It was a bit intimidating thinking he might have a lot of health after I died a couple times and saw how tough he is, could be a good idea to display a single heart somewhere above him to indicate he has 1 HP? Like a heart with a computer chip in it etc, interesting, does the boss always shoot the same number of projectiles and in a similar pattern? I wonder how consistent you can kill him or if it's a case of RNG, keep it up! Looking forward to updates :)

Fits the theme well. I loved the Among Us styled mini games all over the place. Not knowing how to get to the location made the game even more stressful. I really enjoyed it!

Thanks for playing our little game, we're glad you enjoyed the stress haha

Quite fun little game,  at first it took me some time to understand the layout of the place especially when the door was on the downwards wall, but after I did I enjoyed it a good amount, I didn't really understand what the computer heads meant or if they meant anything at all, but they looked cool either way. One thing that I would point out that I disliked was the music, it felt very repetitive and got kinda annoying  quite quickly. Good job on the creation and thanks for the enjoyable experience.

Developer

Thanks for playing our game! The computer heads, aka the Monitor, is a personification of the looming sense of wasting time, specifically via electronics. When you see it, RUN. It saps your time away quicker. Unfortunately, music and sound design were both last minute, which is why our pause menu has the option to turn them down (or off!).

Appreciate your review!

Oooo that's a cool mechanic.  I didn't notice that lol

Developer

yes the goal of this game is to be stressed lol hopefully in the way of "curse you RNG" or "oh frick oh heck oh no it's him again" and not "this sucks it's broken I can't do it" (though please let us know if you feel that way; we can't fix it now but we might be able to down the road!)
