I love the Animal Well look!!!! great job!!! Would appreciate if you'd check out our game too and possibly rate us back! our game kinda needs it XD
Infinite Body Problem
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 😄
I’ll definitely check out your game and drop a rating too — always love supporting other devs!
Nice game with great art style :) Reminded me a bit of Animal Well.
Thank you so much! That’s such a nice compliment — Animal Well is a huge inspiration 😄
Very fun game, and the art looks great! The mechanics are very fun and clever :)
Thanks! Really glad the mechanics and art clicked for you !
Very interesting game, good job!
Thanks! Glad you found it fun to play
Very fun polished and good looking game! Definitely could be a whole game on its own.
Thank you so much! That means a lot 😄
I’d love to turn it into a full game someday!
This might be the best game that I rated so far on this game jam. The visuals are awesome. Really fun game too!!
Wow, thank you so much! That’s such an amazing thing to hear!
I’m really glad you enjoyed it!
Looks really good and polished for a game jam good job
Thank you so much! Really glad you think it feels polished!
the art looks great
Haha thanks!
absolutely my favorite game so far, it's fucking amazing I can't believe u guys did this in four days youre insane!!
is it really possible to make the lvl 7 with only 2 deaths? I could only do it with 3
Thanks a ton! That’s such an awesome thing to hear!
And haha nope, you’re not crazy — level 7 has a little mistake that makes 2 deaths impossible.
My eternal apologies for that one 😅
The CRT effect and the visuals are very Animal Well. I liked the vibes and it's obvious that most of the runtime for the jam was spent making the game look/feel good rather than necessarily on level design, which is fine, you have to prioritise. I liked it, would like to see what you guys could do with more time
Haha you nailed it 😅
We definitely spent way more time on visuals and vibe than we probably should have — but I loved how it turned out, so I kinda just went with it haha!
Awesome platformer. Very cute graphics and sound was perfect. The post-processing effects were a bit overwhelming so might want to revisit that. Great job!
Haha thanks a lot! Yeah, I definitely went a little too wild with the post-processing 😅
Appreciate the feedback — I’ll tone it down a bit next time!
Very well polished experience overall. Really impressive visual work.
Haha thank you! Guess all those sleepless nights polishing pixels paid off haha
Really awesome game, rated too!
CRT effect might have been a bit much as it made stuff like the UI hard to see but glad there was an option to disable CRT.
Finished all levels fully. The seventh door level seems to have bugs as far as I could tell?
The skeleton would sometimes spawn in a floor block instead of on spikes when I tried to make one appear on that level and I can't seem to fully get everything as required deaths at max was 2 not 3.
As far as I can tell at least unless I am missing something. There was no way at all to achieve getting everything in that level at 2 deaths max. I needed 3. Only level I could not work out if it was a bug or me.
Was fun though, thank you!
Thank you so much for the super detailed feedback — and for finishing all the levels!!
You’re absolutely right about level 7 though, that one’s on us 😅
We accidentally uploaded a build with a wrong value that makes it impossible to finish with just 2 deaths — eternal apologies for that haha!
Glad you still had fun, and totally fair point about the CRT too!
The game looks absolutely incredible, the art is just beatiful. I just love the aesthetic even though the CRT it made it a little hard to see at first. definitely one of my favourite games in this jam. the levels, though simple, were really fun and enjoyable, felt really polished.
Thank you so much! So glad you liked the aesthetic!
Totally fair about the CRT — it can get a bit heavy at first 😅
I’m really happy you enjoyed the vibe and the levels overall!
Really clever little puzzle platformer. I had some issues with the camera not following the player character, but from what I could play throug,h it’s a solid concept with really nifty mechanics for the puzzles. Awesome job!!
Haha thank you! Really happy you liked it!
The cameras are fixed per level right now — only the door hall moves with the player.
We’re planning bigger levels later where the camera can move freely!
But if that happened in the starting hall… yeah, that one’s a bug haha 😅
I love the style. There is so much good art and the lighting and mirror effect from the floor are so good. I don't know how you managed to create so many levels and a working UI / point system in such a short amount of time too. This was great.
Haha thank you!! I think we traded sleep for those reflections hahaha
Really happy you noticed the details — it was pure chaos getting it all done, but worth it haha!
Definitely came with a few extra bugs at the end though haha!
Looks insanely good, very well done.
Haha thank you! Guess all those sleepless nights paid off
Very cool art and SFX! Fun puzzles! and the platforming feels good!
Haha thank you! I’m so glad the platforming felt right — that part took some fine-tuning
Loved the visual aesthetics, definitely gave it a mysterious vibe. The puzzles were simple but incredibly enjoyable.
Haha thank you! I’ll take “mysterious but fun” as the perfect combo, glad you enjoyed it!
One of the game that doesn't need so much tutorial to make me understand the game, very nice. The puzzles are simple and fun. The visual effects are a bit too much especially the crt effects and blooms. Thanks for putting those effect toggles in the settings even though they're not working.
Thanks! I’m happy the gameplay felt straightforward — that was the goal hehe
And haha, yeah… the CRT and bloom sliders are currently decorative features
The WebGL build came with a few bonus bugs (as usual haha), but it’s already on the fix list!
