I really enjoyed this game, albeit I sucked at it and had to retry levels multiple times.. but completing the level was super satisfying so I kept trying. I love the way the game looks too. A solid entry and I hope it gets more traction!! 💛
Thank you. I hope It can get more attraction :)
Fantastic job! Loved the gameplay mechanics, it was hard to get down at first, but the idea is cool, and once you knew how to utilize the mechanics it was just a question of executing the right moves correctly. The atmosphere created by the visuals and music was nice. Well done!
super neat!! love the concept. couldnt get past the first level tho... T-T
Thank you.
Very cool visuals! It's very hardcore though, with clumsy controls and unforgiving timings/colliders. Think the learning curve could've been less steep.
If I made easy, game will be 1 min. I respect your comment. maybe in a long term, of course I can add easier levels in the beginning but you see it has a lot elements and content and I have to do this way on a jam. Thank you.
Your game looks beuatiful and the concept is intriguing. I admit, that I couldnt reach the end as I had a real hard time pressing the correct buttons. Like others said, using J, K for rituals/dash feel much better as, currently, my left hand is having a stroke, while the right remains unutilised. Otherwise a really good game.
Okay okay I will update the game tonight for you guys. Thank you :)
Marvellous execution on the concept. I had fun playing it and I love the way you design the level. Although had a bit of problem when I reached the end, because the game bugged out and stop working. Still, Great Job!
Its not a bug. I chose to end that way :) Thank you.
Ohh I see, sorry for the assumption. I was feeling a bit confused at the end haha.
This was one of my favorite games of the jam what a great job!!! I’d love if you could check out and rate my game as well!!!
Thank you
Great visuals, the sounds, the music, good level of polish overall. The controls are a bit hard and unintuitive, I think if you're using Arrows, Z and X it's best not to use SPACE as well because it's a bit difficult to place your fingers on the keys this way. Alternatively, you could've used WASD, SPACE and J or K for the ritual/ abilities.
The idea is interesting, from what I understand you went for a combination of puzzle and action platforming which is always a nice way to spice things up, although the platforming part was a bit too difficult for me. It is very challenging to manage to land and jump off the platforms in time, the duration is really short! Also, I think that having a limited amount of uses of the "put time" ability puts a lot more pressure on it since you kind of have to manage to do everything perfectly from the start to the end of the level. There's nothing wrong with the difficulty level in particular, but for a jam game it can be pretty hard for most people!
Overall I like what this game is attempting to be and the level of polish for the short duration of the jam is pretty good, keep it up!
Thank you.
Really cool concept and the overall game was genuinely fun. The visuals are great and cut-scenes, death animations were a really nice touch. Was a too hard for me and I managed to soft-lock myself in some sort of state with some sort of combo of all inputs. The dash and ritual keys (X/Z) being right under WASD on QWERTY layout made the controls a bit uncomfortable, in my opinion. Very polished for a gamejam game.
Thank you.
Great Idea and the visuals are all really good. I really like the game but I found the first levels really hard, I found the hit boxes on the spikes a little unfair. Movement felt really good and the character animation was well done
Thank you
