Pepito F*cking DiesI'm not normally a fan of visual novel / narrative games, but I'm so glad I took the time to experience this. The sound and visual design was hauntingly perfect for this, and kept me wanting to find out what would happen next, or if I went down a different path. Such a great atmospheric story that captivated me the whole way through.
And thank you for sharing the story and inspiration behind the game. It was an incredible way to show your emotions and experiences. I hope creating and sharing this brought you some measure of peace. Thank you for making this!

GhoastThis was fantastic, I honestly didn't expect to play for as long as I did and get all the endings but I just had to. Cosmic horror is just one of those things that I love because it requires you to think, things are left to the audience to fill in the gaps and, most of the time, it's not the unknown that is the scariest thing, it's what we, the audience, use to fill in those gaps. This probably has been my favorite submission that I have played so far, nothing else as kept me as emerssed as this has, great job.
And Morrigan, I know you've probably heard this from a lot of people at this point and nothing I could say will have zero impact on your situation, but I am so sorry to hear about what happened. If anything, you are the one making an impact because I didn't know about how bad Helene was until now, it was probably on the news and I completely overlooked it because of whatever crap was happening in my life. The point is, the fact that your game made me aware and care about this of just how important it was that you made this game. Don't be ashamed that you made it.

This was certainly a passion project for me, I had to take breaks in the writing to cry for a moment sometimes because everything was still so raw, but it was really cathartic to work through. I really appreciate you playing and I'm thrilled it hooked you to finish the whole game! Having all the endings was really fun to make, and they all tell their own story in a way so having them all gives you the whole picture I think.
I'm stoked that it's your favorite! A few people have said that and I'm just blown away at the response I've gotten for this!
Really phenomenal. Writing was stellar (and I'm glad it was helpful for you), images and UI were very effective as well. The sound design was serviceable, but boy, with some custom assets in there this could really be taken to the next level. Fantastic. Congratulations!

It Lies Unseenyeah I was running this all solo and didn't want to push myself over the deadline so I made do with what I could. The writing was intended to be the main focus.
I did customize most of the sound effects to spook them up, but I'm still learning how to make them play how I want them in the engine I used.

The ambiance is very eerie and the writing is tense and dramatic but I wish there was a bit more player input in terms of gameplay as it feels more like a choose your own adventure book than a game at times.
