The game is really interesting, hunting each monster feels a little scary, and thee horror elements in the game really keeps me playing and excited for the next hunt. The picture of each monster is amazing, I think letting the players see what each monster looks like is a great idea, because that would help me imagine better when catching them.

This project is extremely aesthetically pleasing and the format of it adds to the experience. I think this is the most critical thinking I've had to do in a twine game because I really wanted to get the puzzle right. The mechanics really tie into the narrative well with being kind of a detective and trying to figure out which cryptids you need. I really appreciated the weight on the decision at the end, forcing you to choose between money that you really need and saving the animals that are going to get butchered. I feel like the puzzle might have been slightly too difficult to decide which one matches up with which.

This game was genuinely so amazing, I was shocked at the improvement from the playtesting stage. It reads really well, like one person wrote it all. The pictures were a great addition. Your character definitely has a clear motivation, even if it's a simple one. The pictures were a fantastic touch, and gave me the shivers. My only critiques was the background shift was a little jarring, and that cryptid #2's correct answer didn't seem to match the best, so I would maybe change the description a bit. Other than that, really good work!

I managed to successfully obtain job security, which at least I have some job security in this age. I really enjoyed the formatting and the different font, though like someone else mentioned, when you have a darker background and then switch to one that's really light, it statles me. The story was great, being able to make sure that I'm getting the correct guys based on all the info provided was also awesome.

Really nice theme and gameplay loop! I like the implementation of adding a notebook to incentivize players to compare what they've observed to the hints they have for the Legendary Cryptids. Not to mention the descriptions of each Cryptid in general is really, really cool!

Dude, I really loved this, it was a really cool experience and I loved how you could actually take notes. I guess the only thing I can say critical about the game is just I guess be careful with the switching background colors because some kinda blind you for a sec since it goes from dark to light but even then thats fine

Many options, feels very interactive. Wow all of the different routes you can take were equally as fun and exciting to explore. I really liked how you included a notebook so I could keep track of information I've learned. The monsters were all very interesting and unique, it's clear to see the time and effort that went into creating the backgrounds for each location and creature. Very descriptive language, painted a very vivid image of the world I was exploring. The voices all blend together pretty well in the game, there was not point where it was very obvious this was written by three different people. I only got 2 :( :)

Also LOVE the css design, the green feels very hunter-esque and appropriate for the game & matching the colors with the content was a very good idea.

the presentation is really great i love the font, use of color, and the images you used. i really liked the investigation and guesswork mechanics but the clues for Cryptid #2 (i think) were way too vague and i only ended up getting the good ending through trial an error. if you had way more time id say that you should randomize which cryptids you are looking for and the attributes in the guidebook.

I love the plot. The pictures of the Cryptids were a welcome surprise. The pace of the game didn't make me feel bored. I failed catching all 3 of the Cryptids. I like how you can restart if that happens. I think the systems were well done. I enjoyed picking what to do when finding the Cryptids. I am trying to think of something critical to say and I can't think of anything. It was a fun experience with no bugs. Great job.
