The art is fantastic. It feels like it tells the story really well without dialogue. The gameplay is also fun. Reminiscent of "It Takes Two". I love the ending with presumably the child being sent to heaven by a clown.

Really liked the 2 player aspect of the game and from my interpretation, is the clown an angel taking the boy to heaven??

Thank you! I’m the artist of this game. The ending is actually open to interpretation, don’t be so depressing!!! It can be interpreted in a few ways: maybe the boy is still in his cute imaginary world, maybe he has recovered, or maybe there’s an actual clown in the hospital who takes him on a journey.........
THIS GAME WAS SO COOL AND SAD :((( I genuinely almost cried while playing it. I also really like clowns so that helped
